Linda's on Lincoln

Linda's on Lincoln is one of our Savannah vacation rentals located near Broughton Lane and Broughton Street, on the nearby Lincoln Street. This convenient location gives you incomparable opportunities to easily walk to many of Savannah's popular attractions. You can head east and check out Savannah Bike Tours, or go a little bit more north and visit Warren Square. To the west are several eateries, including the Melting Pot, Leopold's Ice Cream and Marche de Macarons. You can also find Historic Reynolds Square and the Savannah Belle Walking Tours. You don't have to go far from your vacation homes Savannah to find things to do.

This property is 1,090 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can sleep a total of four guests in one queen bedroom and one double bedroom. It has flat-screen TVs throughout the house, which is just another one of Southern Belle's great amenities found in all our houses. It includes a galley kitchen with breakfast bar and a cute dining room complete with decorative fireplace. The kitchen is very roomy and includes all necessary appliances. The house is light and bright inside with lots of large windows and ceiling fans in most rooms. Outside is a cozy little balcony with seating for two at a decorative mosaic table. The balcony is right off the living room, making it a great place to relax in the evening.

Besides all the great places right near this property, fully exploring Savannah can easily take several days. Places you won't want to miss include Forsyth Park with its famous iron fountain, The Mercer House and Monterey Square, which were part of the "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" film and book franchise, and also shopping on River Street. River Street is a nostalgic waterfront promenade where rows of old cotton warehouse buildings have been transformed over the years into a mecca of shopping, restaurants and artist galleries. You can easily spend an entire day on River Street exploring, eating and watching ships come in. Another great place to shop in Savannah is the City Market deep within the historic district. The market covers four blocks and is filled to the brim with jazz clubs, restaurants, boutiques, craft shops and much more.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s on Lincoln. The location was perfect for walking to dinner and activities. We encountered a problem with hot water on day 1, notified the management company and it was repaired quickly with no interruption to our stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Our favorite place to relax was the veranda! Loved mornings; sipping coffee and watching the neighborhood wake up. Proximity to so many points of interest was fantastic! Could walk to anywhere in the historic district. Great kitchen, beds and bedrooms, amazing shower! Will be back and will request this unit!!!

We loved our stay at Linda's on Lincoln! The apartment is beautifully decorated; we loved all the paintings which I think some may have been painted by Linda!? We also loved the little terrace where we had our morning coffee and looked forward to hearing and seeing the horse dawn carriages pass by. The apartment is just a few minute walk to historic downtown and easy walk to Riverstreet. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, it had both a standard coffee pot and Keurig and all linens provided. The apartment is on the second floor which was fine for us but might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Parking also a bit complicated, but we figured it out and it seems to be the same throughout Savannah. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay. Great location clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the small balcony for morning coffee. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. The mattress was a little soft to my liking, but that could be me.

We loved this little, but not so little apartment. It is well maintained, not dirty. Do beware the steps, they have a twist as they go up and they are a bit narrow, so if you have bad knees that could be a concern. And as you stop for groceries, grab a bag of ice. There is not an ice maker. The location is perfect. Everything is a short walk, and if it isn't, the free bus stops are not too far away. Definitely recommend Linda's on Lincoln.

I chose Linda's on Lincoln for the location and the balcony and it did not disappoint! The place was in walking distance to everything and seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. With the windows open, I could hear the water from the fountain next door at the Owens-Thomas House and Slave Quarters, and there was so much natural light from the windows, I didn't mind the cold rainy days that I couldn't use the balcony. Linda's on Lincoln is the Perfect place to stay!

Super convenient location..within a few blocks of all the sights! Quiet neighborhood. Very secure building. Charming older home. Property managers promptly answered questions. Our first trip to Savannah-it's quite compact…so if I came again, I wouldn't rent a car, given parking is a bit tight!

The property exceeded my expectations. It was in a nice quiet area of the city but close enough to walk to all we wanted to do. The furnishings were very comfortable and we didn't ‘t need anything. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again and use southern belle. Wonderful experience! .

We had a situation with other tenants smoking marijuana in the building and i called because the smell was invading the apartment in which i was staying. Prior to calling i turned on the bathroom exhaust fan and positioned the two fans i bought with me toward the door to push the smell out of the apartment. That seemed to helped! But unfortunately i did wake up the next morning with quite the headache. I completely understand you have no control of what tenants do while staying ! I myself am a leasing agent and know how difficult situations as such can be. I do appreciate the prompt attention and the follow up call!! By the next morning there were signs posted in the hallways regarding the fact that the property is a non smoking Facility. The next morning the condo president came out of her unit and we had a brief conversation regarding the situation. The hospitality was awesome!!

It's an easy walk from both River Street & Forsyth Park. Plenty of options nearby for eating & shopping. Loved the place & will definitely look into this rental company again!

There is a nail sticking up in the hall across from the kitchen. My husband found when walking barefoot. I suggest getting this nailed down. It could really hurt a small child. The ceiling fans all need to be replaced. Family room - When running, it shakes and is so loud you have to turn it off to hear tv. Bedroom - blue walls - same thing. Ceiling fan so loud you can't sleep with it on. Defeats the purpose of having a ceiling fan. Had to turn down ac to be cool enough. If ceiling fans were replaced, in the long run owner would save money as visitors could have the ac set higher.
