Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays

I enjoyed my stay at the Bird Baldwin Magnolia. Everything was very clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. I loved the location,just a short walk away from trolley tour,River Street and many more attractions. My dog especially like the walks to Forsyth Park everyday. We had a very good experience with Magnolia Suite and Southern Belle rentals. We would stay here again. It had plenty of space for two people, and all the conveniences we needed, along with a great location. Having parking was a big plus. The only improvement we'd recommend is a larger bed. Some reviews indicated it may not be a queen and it did seem small. One of us ended up on the couch a few nights.

Its within walking distance to many things from from all of the activity on the river to all the beautiful park and squares in the neighborhood. Our unit Magnolia Suite was beautiful, very well kept and clean. No negative surprises! The unit is just as the photos posted on their website. This is the third time I have stayed at Bird Baldwin house. The rental process is very easy and the rooms are clean and well appointed. My family has deep roots in Savannah going back to it's founding. My great great grandfather George Cornwell purchased the house in 1857 and it remained in the family till around 1906. The property was gorgeous and so clean. It was located right next to a coffee shop, which really enhanced our mornings! Walking distance to most landmarks and just a wonderful place to stay.

The location and quality of this rental location were fantastic, and made this a really great value! It was very nice to have the Bird Baldwin house to relax in and call home during our stay in Savannah.

Nice place...people upstairs could here there every move up at 6:30 am they had kids...many mosquitoes in rental...floors needed to be washed...but had everything we needed

Loved the Magnolia Suite, great location, very nice accommodations. The only down side was the noisy location. Ear plugs helped drown out road noise and should be highly recommended. Tried taking an afternoon nap and the cleaning crew showed up to clean the unit above us. Impossible to rest with loud foot traffic and cleaning above us. I probably will not stay in this unit in the future due to noise.

We had a less than pleasant experience on the day prior to our departure. A cleaning person knocked (but it was so light I thought it was next door) and then entered our apartment. I was not dressed at the time so It was a little embarrassing. I explained that we were not scheduled to leave until the next day & she left. Evidently there was a major miscommunication as to our check out date. This should be reviewed and the office should ensure there is no question in the minds of the cleaning staff as to when the check out is scheduled.

The only issue we had was that dirty water had been left in dishwasher. As we washed our own dishes and did not use the dishwasher, the dirty water started to smell like sewage by mid-week and it took us a while to locate the source. Had to run dishwasher to clear up odor in house. Other than that we had a wonderful time, loved the apartment, location and would rent it again. Have recommended it to a number of friends already!!

We really enjoyed the location and convenience. We were up and out touring beautiful Savannah, GA every day. We did have to work too. The Magnolia is very comfortable for what we needed it for; a comfortable place to stay, play and unfortunately we had to work some.

This is a wonderful little place to stay that allows you to visit ALL areas of Savannah. It is centrally located and allowed us to travel up and down the streets of Savannah. I will rent this location again and recmend it to others!!

Everything was wonderful! Only thing i might change next time is not staying on the bottom floor. 1/2 way through our week a family with a 10 year came in and stayed right above us. At times, it sounded like a couple of elephants tap dancing

We loved staying at the Magnolia Suite. It was easy to walk downtown as well as to many other attractions. We loved the decor of the suite. Everything we needed was there. From the kitchen supplies to the abundance of towels. It was also located next door to a fabulous coffee shop which we visited everyday of our stay. We also loved the safety of a locking gate entrance before we could enter the property. Since this was a sister trip it made us feel more secure when arriving back late at night.I would love to stay here again on our next visit.

The property was perfectly located in the middle of everything so we were able to walk everywhere and see a lot of the beautiful city. The property was very roomy and furnished nicely and was exceptionally clean. We took our first night tour and it was great to see the city from a different perspective.
