We came in a little before check in time, and we were treated SO nicely! The girl texted us when the unit was ready, and we were able to check in (ie get rid of the suitcases!) early. Thank you! It made a difference!

Very quick response when we needed help with operating the TV.
It was very convenient for us to be able to store our bags at the office upon checkout since we had an evening flight.
Checkin and check out was very easy. It was great to have a key pad to get in and out of the property rather than a key.
