The team was very friendly and very available. They return messages promptly when a message was left.Property
The property itself was spotless. Very cute and well decorated. Everything worked and was well organized. Everything was just as explained in the check-in email which included a video on using the lockbox which I found really helpful. No problem at all entering the property. The little cation was perfect. Its right across from the Mercer house and between Forsyth Park and Monterey Square. Its a little quieter because there are fewer shops and restaurants in that square which I thought was a plus. You walk 2 blocks in any direction and youre on your way to shopping, eating, and museums, and of course Squares. There is even a Kroger in walking distance on the other side of Forsyth Park. Overall I really loved this cozy little apartment. Its clean and safe and perfect for a solo traveler.

We were a little road weary when we first arrived at the carriage house. We were struggling with the lockbox at the gate to enter the property and I had to call. The person who answered was very friendly and helpful and it just so happened that there was someone at the property when we got there who let us in and showed us how to open the lockbox. We also struggled with the keypad lock at the carriage house door and called again to receive help. Again, we were dealt with in a very kind and helpful manner. They were very understanding that we had been on the road a long time and our brains were tired!Property
We absolutely adored the Gordon Carriage House. From the proximity to the downtown area and Forsyth Park, it was a great location. The decor was so fresh and up to date. The property was clean. We felt very safe there. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at the same cost of a hotel that wouldn't have been as nice downtown. We would highly recommend this property for anyone with two people!
