One of our gorgeous vacation rentals Savannah GA located in the Broughton area of downtown Savannah is called Broughton Deco Carriage House. This is a one-bedroom carriage house with sleeping accommodations for four guests and 700 square feet of room. The main room is a studio-style design with an open floor plan from the living spaces to the sleeping space. A soothing color palette puts you in relaxation mode upon entering the home with cool tones and lots of natural lighting. You will find a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal at home if you choose. A dining table rests against the stair railing, and can be pulled out as needed to accommodate four. Continuing on, you will find a cozy sitting area with a comfy sofa, chairs, and storage for tucking away your clothes and travel necessities. A large flatscreen TV on a swivel mount in between the living area and bedroom can be seen easily from all areas in the home. The queen bed is adjacent, and features two night stands with reading lamps and a fan above to keep you cool while you sleep. Additional sleeping space is available by utilizing the sofa bed in the sitting area. The home's full bathroom features a walk in shower, single vanity, and large mirror. If you find yourself needing to do laundry, a stacked washer/dryer is located near the dining area hidden by the mirrored closet doors.

There is so much to enjoy in Savannah within a short distance to your vacation home. Walk to restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee shops, and more! Sightseeing tours are one of the most popular options as they give you a chance to see a lot of Savannah in a short time. You can choose walking tours, trolley tours and even carriage tours to see historic landmarks and architecture. More unique options include dolphin-watching tours and riverboat tours. If you're really adventurous, you can embark upon one of Savannah's many ghost tours. Ghost tours are an excellent idea for an October visit, but also worth trying at any time of the year. Savannah is well-known for its numerous haunted places. If you love fishing and watersports, Savannah has a number of opportunities to indulge. Savannah itself has onshore and inshore places to fish, but even better is taking the short drive to Tybee Island. Tybee has its own collection of fun things to do. From relaxing on the Atlantic beaches to visiting the Marine Science Center and Tybee Lighthouse, this little barrier island is worth a day trip during any stay in Savannah Georgia vacation rentals.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Very cute setup! Great location. Very convenient with the small kitchen available in the studio. Stairs were not a problem but could be for some people. Street parking is fine, no problems but it would be great if there were some way to “prepay” street parking

Super central location and great remodel/updates. Cute decor and roomier than a hotel room + has a small kitchen It was perfect for my granddaughter and me. Easy check in and check out. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Broughton Deco Carriage. Thanks for a great stay!

The Broughton Deco Carriage was the perfect location for our stay in Savannah. We walked everywhere we went. There are several shops and eateries within a few minutes of the carriage. The carriage was just the right size for me and my sister. It was clean upon our arrival and very well-maintained. While we didn't use the kitchen or its amenities, it was very well stocked. I would highly recommend the Broughton Deco Carriage if you are planning a trip to Savannah!

The accommodations were lovely. The decor was modern and comfortable. The bed was a bit softer than preferred but was in good condition. We loved the location as it was walking distance to shopping, food and the river street attractions. We thought parking in the street would be costly and annoying but it was perfectly fine. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature and was clean. The other guests were respectful and considerate of splashing. I absolutely hate a pool overrun by unruly kids and although it was small, everyone managed their families well. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!
