Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay in Savannah. Lavender on Perry was well equipped with high quality appliances, beds and linens and was very clean! The private courtyard was a bonus.Restaurants, museums, parks, city market within walking distance. Limited parking was advertised however it was not available to us. Southern Belle staff were very helpful.

This was the perfect spot for a four girl getaway weekend. It was just outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown, but close enough to walk everywhere. We had everything we needed for a great time, and the backyard, outside area was great to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The host reached out to us upon our arrival to make sure everything was fine, and we would certainly come back again!

Very inviting and clean home, well stocked with amenities. Comfortable beds, nice backyard to relax with coffee or a cocktail after walking the city. Screaming Mimi's pizza is around the corner. The well know 17hundred90 Inn is a b5 minute walk. We had a fabulous meal there and enjoyed some ghost stories. The home is walking distance to restaurants, sites, River and City Market. Would highly recommend. Parking is limited, but we secured a spot out front and paid the daily fee of $12.

Sweet little house, comfortable, well-kept, and clean, located in quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of museums, waterfront, and lovely squares. We especially enjoyed sunshine and breakfasts in the backyard. The management company was very responsive, reached out to us to see how we were doing, and answered all questions promptly and completely.

We were very pleased with the location and the amenities this property had to offer. We walked to all points of interest and restaurants. The townhouse was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we could want including a private patio with a blooming camellia, tea olive, and a banana plant with small bananas growing on it. The area is safe, quiet, and restful. We will make plans to return.

We loved the rental. We decided to try this instead of a hotel and was very happy we had more room and we did not have to pay to park. We walked to a lot of attractions. We really enjoyed the rental and the office checked the 1st day to see if any maintenance needed to be done which was very considerate. I would recommend Southern Belle Rentals again
