Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Modern, eclectic, lavish, luxurious - those are just a few words that could be used to describe this unique and newly renovated, Southern home located just two blocks from Forsyth Park. The beautiful Savannah vacation rental features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and sleeps 4 guests, making it perfect for a quiet getaway in historic Savannah. It even has it's own porch and courtyard making it perfect catching an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. This lovely home was just renovated & opened September 2012. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.

The home features modern couches with a glass coffee table sitting on a cozy rug in the living room area along with a flatscreen TV, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, a bar stool seating area, and a washer dryer just off the kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor, in the first bedroom on the left there's a queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a king sized bed as well as a flatscreen TV, and there's a shared full bath in the hallway, as well as a desk nook area. In summary, the carriage house has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and sleeps a total of 4 people just steps away from all that downtown historic Savannah has to offer including many great restaurants such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci’s, and The Mansion on Forsyth, as well as easy access to trolley tours and shops. Join in on all of the jazz fest activities or one of the many other free concerts that the city of Savannah puts on in Forsyth Park. A nice walk will get you to River Street and a twenty minute drive will get you to Tybee Island to the beach for some fun in the sun. If you're looking for a fresh cup of coffee or shopping for groceries, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all a 60 second drive away.

Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,500, we will take a $300 deposit and your remaining balance will be $1200. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The location near Forsythe park was great. We could walk everywhere but come back to a quieter area for down time. It was the right amount of space for 3 of us. Everything was clean. The shower would sing to you after a few minutes of it running but the pressure and water temp were great! Would recommend doing a stackable washer/dryer and then adding a toilet with small sink to that area. Would be great when you really have to go after spending the day walking downtown! Nicole was great! Even checked in with us within the first 24 hours. Would use Southern Belle again!

This two-bedroom fully equipped carriage house west of Forsyth Park was perfect for our recent stay in Savannah. It offered a quiet courtyard and deck, super comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen while giving us a short walk to the park, and access to wonderful restaurants, houses, trolley tours and the river front area. The hosts were quick to answer any and all questions and check-in and out was very easy. It felt like home and we awoke refreshed and ready to explore all that Savannah had to offer each day of our stay.

We had a great stay at one of the Carriage Houses in Savannah Historic District on August. The location was ideal and house exactly as described. We even took advantage of the pool club on Tybee Island. The Southern Belle team was responsive and super easy to rent from, would highly recommend!

Overall very much enjoyed our stay despite the few comments that I made. With a few modifications this rental would be perfect. The location is quiet and close enough to the main attractions particularly Forsyth Park. Off-Street parking was a huge plus.
