Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Modern, eclectic, lavish, luxurious - those are just a few words that could be used to describe this unique and newly renovated, Southern home located just two blocks from Forsyth Park. The beautiful Savannah vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, 5 baths. It sleeps a whopping 12 guests in gigantic bedrooms! The Savannah vacation rental is perfect for your large family gathering, wedding groups, family, and friends. There's several large porches for catching an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. This lovely estate was just renovated & opened September 2012. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.

The main house features a grand staircase with a chaise lounge in front of the window at the top, two matching living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a full bathroom off the right living room with a standing shower, bedroom with a single and two queen bunk beds as well as a flatscreen TV, hall bath with a clawfoot tub, and a kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with seating for 6 that opens to a lovely screened porch. On the second floor the first bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as a single bed, it's own full bathroom, and there's a washer/dryer in the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, and full bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flatscreen TV, gigantic bathroom with a clear shower, twin pedastal sinks & clawfoot tub, chaise lounge, wet bar area, large mirrors, and access to a large porch for sitting and enjoying the Savannah breeze.

This beautiful home is just steps away from all that downtown historic Savannah has to offer including many great restaurants such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci’s, and The Mansion on Forsyth, as well as easy access to trolley tours and shops. Join in on all of the jazz fest activities or one of the many other free concerts that the city of Savannah puts on in Forsyth Park. A nice walk will get you to River Street and a twenty minute drive will get you to Tybee Island to the beach for some fun in the sun. If you're looking for a fresh cup of coffee or shopping for groceries, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all a 60 second drive away.

Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $500.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,500, we will take a $500 deposit and your remaining balance will be $1000. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical cancellations.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

This house was a great find for our family. It had room enough for everyone and was well maintained and included free parking. The management company checked in with us to ensure that our stay was going well. The location was great; we were able to walk to great restaurants, the parks and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the layout of the home. The Claw Tubs themselves were a great reason to visit. We loved the porch, just wish there was more sitting available to us. The sleeping arrangements was awesome we heard no one upstairs at all. Everything was the best. Thank you so much Kim

I went to Savannah to explore the beautiful homes, parks, churches and cemeteries. The Forsyth Park West Main House was a great example of old house renovation and preservation. There were many stairs in the home making it unsuitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues, but for able bodied and those in need of some exercise, it was not a problem. Lovely home and I enjoyed my time there.

Absolutely, Incredibly Magical Weekend. I celebrated my 40th birthday with seven unicorns/friends. We all work really hard, have stressful jobs and small children. Each of these are blessings but our self care is neglected and love buckets scrapping the bottom. The house was the perfect place for us! It was huge! The porches were ahhmazing. Large gathering places and big dinning room table I hosted an intimate dinner party with just us girls. Tons of bathrooms. And the the claw tubs were right on time. We totally had several parties in the huge bathroom upstairs! Thank you for hosting us. I think we will all be talking about this trip for a long time!

Clean, nicely appointed bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen-ware to get through a 3-night stay. We loved the Main House!!! and several people in the party mentioned if they were to find themselves back in Savannah for another stay with family, they would most look to rent this place again.

My only piece of critical feedback would be to be more clear about what is provided at the house. I was told that dish towels, dish soap and body wash was not provided so I actually checked a bag to get all of these liquids to the house. If I knew the dish soap in particular was provided, I would have taken a carry on instead. Thanks for requesting feedback.
