The master bedroom has a king sized bed, its own TV and seating area, and a large bathroom with double sinks. The second guest bedroom also provides lots of space for your family and friends. It contains a queen sized bed, a TV, and a seating area, and it also has an attached bathroom. The final set of sleeping accommodations are in the carriage house apartment. Guests in this part of the home get a queen sized bed, along with their own bathroom, full kitchen, living area, dining area, and washer/dryer.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We absolutely loved our rental. Have visited Savannah a lot and this has been our favorite rental so far. The location is perfect - so close to everything. The house was adorable and we loved that there was a separate apartment above the garage for one of the couples. There were cute little shops and cafes on the street. It was also one of the more reasonable prices when comparing to similar places (i.e., size & location & cuteness:)

Great home to accommodate 3 couples enjoying 5 days experiencing everything Savannah had to offer. Home was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels and shampoo was supplied. Location was perfect for exploring Savannah and was quieter than being right downtown. Staff was very responsive to our questions and requests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Broughton Deco - the home was clean, well appointed, comfy and inviting! Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to gather as a family! If it was warmer we would have enjoyed sitting on the patio and the rooftop deck. The garage and bikes were a wonderful luxury. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was wonderful! I stayed with my 2 young adult sons. We all loved the creative vibe of the house. It had privacy for each of us yet also very comfortablev shared space! It was lovely! It's just a medium walk from the river walk and busy historic area. We HIGHLY recommend this property! 5 stars for sure!
