Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We loved our stay here! Being close to Forsyth park was great. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown and enjoy the beautiful city. We would definitely consider staying again for our next visit.

The perfect home away from home! We truly enjoyed our stay and dint have a single complaint. Bed was comfortable. AC/heater worked great. Location is perfect. Everything we needed was provided to us. The only thing we struggled with was parking which wasn’t the end of the world. Thank you Southern Belle for an amazing stay :) 5 stars!!!

Gordon Gardens was a cozy apartment perfect for two located just off Forsyth Park in the Historic District. Thee property was clean and reasonably well stocked. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance of several good restaurants and convenient to both the DOT and Trolley stops. Parking was readily available on the street. The condition of this property was extremely well maintained. We would definiteoly stay here again

First, this is an excellent location. It is in Chatham Square right next to the Mercer-Williams home! It is within walking distance of 15 minutes of everything in historic downtown and River St. You do not need to move your vehicle unless you go out to Tybee Island or a much further destination. Be aware of parking. We did purchase a pass which was $24 for 3 nights. The meters are free on weekends. However, there are street sweepers during the week. Be aware of the signs so you do not get ticketed. Just around the corner is also free transit called DOT that will take you throughout locations around historic Savannah and around Forsyth Park. The park is just around the corner from the apartment! As for the apartment a few details. The shower is small(standard size). We did not have problems but just be aware this is a small shower with very hot water. Be careful with the hot water. The washer/dryer is located out the back door in a small building. You have to really push hard to get the back door open that leads to the patio and the washer/dryer. The sofa is average for comfort at best. We did not use it much just due to us being out walking the city but still it could use an upgrade. The internet needs a bad upgrade. We had a strong WiFi connection but issues with the internet. Most of the time we just had to turn off our connection to the WiFi. F more than 1 device attempted to connect forget it. Even with just 1 device it was really really slow or just would not connect. Thank goodness we didn't need it much. I do think most would enjoy this apartment and the location. We were there for 3 nights and spent most of it out seeing the sights.

The only thing I would change would be the instructions for checkout. I had 3 different emails, staying 3 different things, in two places. The welcome email stated that we needed to leave our trash in the house, then the Check our email said we needed to take it outside. Also, the welcome email, in tiny print, And not where all the other checkout info was stated that we needed to strip the beds, which was not stated on the check out email. Also, if I had not thoroughly reviewed that email prior to checkout it would not have been done. This may have led to a charge, which is quite misleading. So a little more streamline on that would be nice. Other than that it was GREAT!!
