A Tour of Riverview Penthouse

When you first drive into the quaint brick courtyard of Riverview Penthouse, the stately building with distinctive art deco touches won’t fail to impress. With two dedicated parking spots, you’ll have plenty of room for unloading your luggage. Once you go up a flight of stairs, there is an elevator inside for convenient loft access.

Gracious French doors open at the top to gleaming hardwood floors, exquisite brickwork and large, light-filled windows. The generously sized living area features a pair of plush sofas, a wall-mounted television, and tasteful art. In an alcove adjacent to the living room, a rich wood cupboard conceals a Murphy bed for two. The grilled windows and glass balcony door frame priceless views of the Savannah River and the brick-paved River Walk below.

Just outside, your own private balcony provides a bird’s-eye view of the bustling harbor, the wide, languid river and the kaleidoscope of passersby. You’ll love stepping out into the open air each morning to relax over coffee or enjoy refreshing cocktails as the evening begins.

At mealtimes, enjoy the spacious breakfast bar with stools for six, which delineates the gourmet kitchen. A French door refrigerator, gas range-oven, dishwasher and microwave provide the means to create sumptuous meals, and the cupboards hold dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware for your use throughout your Savannah vacation homes stay.

As you navigate the cobblestoned walks, take a look at the individual stones beneath your feet. They hail from far-flung ports of call where cargo ships took them aboard for ballast. Upon arriving in the Port of Savannah, these ships left the stones behind. Be sure to visit one or more of the monuments along the river. From the Waving Girl Statue and the Olympic Caldron at the eastern section of River Street to the African-American Monument and the World War II monument further west, these artful statues are well worth the short walk.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

THE BEST VIEWS IN SAVANNAH Penthouse kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and watch ships go by. Coffee in the morning on main level deck is wonderful. Dinner on rooftop with drinks is … well … THE BEST. Beds are very comfortable. Downstairs open concept extremely roomy. Elevator requires little effort to get to rooftop deck to watch Savannah (Old Man River) go by. We've been to Savannah many times & this is only place we'll stay in future.

Loved this modern Vrbo! Great space for a family of 6! Great views! 2 parking lots which is a win in Savannah! Loved the modern showers in the master! We were there for my sisters wedding who had room blocks in the jw marriot and we were walking distance from every event. We had a stroller and could walk down to the riverside on a sidewalk. Perfect for what we needed, nice to have a full kitchen with the family and baby. Thank you for a great time/ stay!

Our stay here was amazing! We are still raving about it months later. The penthouse was spacious, clean, decorated nicely, and very beautiful. Amenities were excellent...even had 2 parking spaces. It’s located in the heart of shopping, food, overlooks the river but is still very quiet and relaxing. My Grandson loved the surprise murphy bed and we loved the spiral staircase, elevator and rooftop deck. No better place to sit and watch the beautiful cargo ships pass by! We celebrated 3 birthday’s and a wedding engagement during our stay. This place is special to us. Can’t wait to return next year.

Oh my! This place was PERFECT! It's beautiful and comfortable and well maintained. We got a call to make sure that there were no problems with check in and to make sure everything was in order. There were no problems so all was good. The elevator was very handy to get to the upstairs sitting space and watching the sunset from upstairs, beautiful patio deck was fabulous! No regrets with this rental!!! Thank you!!!

Location, location, location. The loft was awesome! Had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, loved the top level living area and balcony . Great sunrises and sunsets! Perfect view to see all activity up and down Riverstreet. The ships are my favorite ! We did not want to leave. The office staff was great and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend !

If you are looking for the best view in Savannah this is the place for you! I will warn you though in order to access this home you will have to carry all your luggage up to the unit located on the second floor (18 steps) but it is worth it once you get up the steps. It's so open and the master bedroom is so light and bright you won't want to get out of bed! The elevator will take you up to the loft area which is truly breathtaking. The roof top deck gives you the perfect spot when the weather is great but have no fear if the weather is bad you just slide inside to the loft and have the same view! We can't wait to come back to Savannah and stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental . I frequent Savannah often , and this is now my favorite rental . I love the location and the rooftop deck for coffee and cocktails overlooking the river . It is also prime walking distance through the Historic District . The inside was clean and comfortable for eating , lounging and sleeping . I’ll be returning !

Seaport Loft was beautiful. Incredible views. Kitchen was fully and nicely stocked. Beds were completely comfy. Everything was clean and the roof top alone was worth the price of admission. You are in the heart of River Street. Everything is walkable. The included parking spaces are perfection. There was nothing better than a late night glass of wine on the rooftop terrace or morning coffee up there. There's also a small balcony off the living area which was handy and cute. Watching the ships and boats was extremely fun. I adore Savannah and have been here many times but this place was my favorite that I have stayed in. Just a gorgeous unit and we had a BLAST!
