K-Shuttle – Airport to Downtown Savannah
Southern Belle Vacation Rentals recommends K-Shuttle for affordable and reliable transportation. Take a shuttle from the Savannah airport to downtown Savannah for just $20 one-way and $30 round-trip per person. This price option will get you to one of the historic landmarks in the area such as Mrs. Wilkes or Paula Deens, and from there, you can walk to your Savannah vacation home. Or, if you’d prefer to be dropped off directly in front of your front door, K-Shuttle also offers a direct-to-door shuttle service for $69 each way per person including tax and gratuity. If you have a large party and would like to rent the whole shuttle for your group the cost is $75/hour with a 3-hour minimum, taxes and cleaning included.
Downtown Savannah Trolley Tours
Both Old Town Trolley Tours and Old Savannah Tours offer walk on/off tours. This means that you can take a tour and if you want to get off the trolley at any point to explore a particular area, you can. Another trolley company, Oglethorpe Trolley, even offers 2-days of unlimited on/off capabilities allowing tourists the ability to take a tour on their way to restaurants and shopping. Many of our vacation rentals have a trolley stop very nearby such as Home @1014, The Loft on the Rox, Parlor on the Park, and the Diplomat House; all are a short walk to the Mansion on Forsyth Park trolley stop.
