Enjoy Close Proximity to the Area's Attractions
Our properties on the quiet northern end of the island are nearby some of the island's historic attractions including the Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Pulaski. Our rentals on the southern end of the island are near downtown Tybee where many of the island's restaurants and nightlife are. The Tybee Island Marine Science Center is also located on the southern end of the island.
Of course, the main attraction of Tybee Island is the beach itself. With white sands, ocean breezes, gorgeous vistas, and perfect beach going weather (when it's not raining), Tybee's beaches will satisfy even the most earnest beach goers. The most popular beaches are on the southern and eastern side of the island facing the Atlantic Ocean, however, these are also the busiest beaches. If you want a more secluded beach you can check out the freshwater beaches on the west side of the island. There are also beaches on the north end of the island by the mouth of the Savannah River, but make sure to bring swimming shoes, as these beaches are very rocky!
