Overall

The house was very clean - even base boards! Check-in and checkout procedures were super easy. There was enough room in the home for all the adults and children. The common areas were sufficient for 16 people especially the table - we were able to eat together. No one felt cramped. We will keep this home on the list for future visits. This was the perfect place to accommodate our family and all of our SUVs

Overall

We had 12 adults and 2 children, and there was still an empty bedroom. VERY quiet neghborhood. We cooked a lot and the house had everything we needed. The house must be well insulated because we couldn't hear others when we were in our bedrooms with the door shut. 14 very happy people at weeks end.

This home was fantastic for our group of 12 adults and 6 children. The place was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The living room was amazing. Comfortably sat our whole party. The bedrooms were of good size and the beds were all very comfortable, even in the kids room. The front outdoor deck added to our living space and was well-used. The office responded almost immediately to all of our texts. Location was great. Less than a kilometre from the beach. This house exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation a very enjoyable one. We highly recommend this house. Thank you for everything!

The house seemed newly renovated. Every room had a king bed except for the bunk beds, and we plenty of space to spread out. The house was as advertised and we had a great time. The property manager reached out multiple times to ensure everything was up to our expectations. The coffee bar was also terrific for our group in the morning. I would love to come back to this location next time we're in Tybee!
