This property also has whole-house WiFi, cable and satellite television, multiple TVs, and several spaces to use your laptop. We provide a hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, and hangers to our guests, so you don't need to pack all your belongings. We even have a washer and dryer, so you can reuse clothes on your trip.

Downtown Tybee with all of its charming shops and delicious restaurants is right around the corner.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Overall

Your condo worked very well for our group of 3 adults and 3 children. We were happily surprised to have an elevator that took us directly to the front door from the parking garage! We enjoyed the patio overlooking the pool with the BBQ. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen-dining layout was practical! Proximity to the beach was amazing! Also, thanks for all the sand toys! Kids were thrilled! I would highly recommend your condo to all!

Overall

We love this place so much that we’ve spent several spring breaks at this property! The condo has a well-appointed kitchen and is always clean when we arrive. The balcony is great for enjoying meals, playing cards and keeping an eye on the kids while they are at the pool. The location is perfect as the beach, shops and many restaurants are all within walking distance.

Overall

We loved our stay at Brass Rail. The condo was clean and spacious and a short walk away from the beach. We liked the convenience of walking to restaurants and various shops. The communication was great and our host gave clear instructions on how to access the property and made sure that we had everything that we needed during our time there. This will be our place to go anytime we make plans to stay at Tybee. Highly recommended!

Overall

We visited the first weekend of May - it was our first visit to Tybee Island, we are from the Midwest but have family in Savannah & North Atlanta and was the reason for our visit. The location of the Condo is very convenient, only 45 min. drive to the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport, an easy walk to the beach (beach parking is pricey), shops, and restaurants. The area (Savannah/Tybee Island) seems to always have some special activities/events going on for visitors to enjoy. The Condo Unit was very nice, all furniture & beds were comfortable and clean. The outdoor patio was a great size with plenty of furniture, a new grill which worked very well, a pleasant view of the pool as well as the tropical Palms. The pool area, parking area, and outdoor grounds are well maintained. The maintenance/ground keepers were there everyday to pick up/clean up anything left behind, clean the pool, put chairs back in place around pool, did not have any issues with bugs/spiders (did see them come around and spray). The locked gates provided a sense of safety/security, it was also nice that the pool closure was well monitored. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!! We will be back to visit for sure - thanks to the Brass Rail community and Southern Belle Vacation Rental Team, your doing a good job!!
