The warm and inviting air upon walking into one of our Savannah vacation homes can't be beat and this property is no exception. Glossy wood floors and nostalgic brick walls greet you upon entrance. Soft, hanging lighting provides a warm ambiance. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a glass-topped breakfast bar with three modern-style stools. Nearby is a cozy wood table for six, giving you plenty of options for meal times. Adjacent is the living room with a sofa and chairs, as well as the Foosball table and wet bar with wine chillers. The bedrooms continue the brick and wood theme and the beds are comfortably made with soft linens. One of the bathrooms features a standing shower, and double sinks. The City Market, American Prohibition Museum, several art galleries and even more restaurants are located slightly to the west and north. If you head east, you'll find the Paula Deen store and her well-known restaurant, the Lady and Sons. To the south is Broughton Street, Telfair Square, the Jepson Center for the Arts and the Telfair Museums.

The many squares and parks in Savannah are popular tourist spots and part of this city's historic charm. The two squares near Broughton Corner Loft were laid out in 1733. Ellis Square was named after the second royal governor of the then-Georgia colony. A parking garage was once built over the square, but it was taken down and the square reclaimed in 2006. Telfair Square was named after the Telfair family, whose name you can see in various historic monuments in the city. In the same area, you can find some churches designed by John B. Hogg in the Greek Revival style, including the Trinity Methodist Church and the First Bryan Baptist Church.

Savannah is incredibly walkable and many popular sights are within walking distance from this property and others. Another option is to use the free Chatham Area Transit through the Historic District. If you prefer more organized sight seeing, there are a number of tours available, from general carriage tours, or the trolley tour, or more specific tours such as Civil War, Ghost or Architecture Tours.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

This property was exactly as described. The pictures don’t do it justice! The owners were very proactive and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going perfectly. The property could not have been in a better location. Close walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. A parking pass was also provided which was convenient also. The property was very well cleaned. We would definitely stay here again!

Only complaint is not related to the lodging, but rather the noise from the street at night. Car mufflers and for some reason kids out at like 3am. General comment about TVs in rentals. There are never any instructions on how to use them. You have to figure it out. As to the rental: clean and very well set up with lots of space and everything we needed. Location for a visit to Savannah was perfect. Access in and out of unit was easy to manage. We did not have a car, so did not use garage and walked to most places and again the location was perfect. Lots of places to shop and eat (daughter highly recommends Cobbler Factory - the cobbler and wife loved their brownie). Took a tour and a river boat ride - highly recommend both to visitors. You should recommend The Grey to everyone who visits Savannah - best food I have had in sometime. Rise was great for biscuits one morning and Toast was a hit (so much food). You should put in lights over the stove. Ice maker did not appear to be working but got ice from Walgreens as well as some other essentials and the people there were very helpful (also something you should mention to people who rent downtown). Giving you 5 Diamonds !!!!!

We loved this corner loft! It was perfect for us! The location was great as we walked everywhere! The place was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the property management when we had questions. The only bad thing was the noise from the street. It would eventually die down as the night went on, but it could be pretty loud prior to that time. We would definitely rent this property again for a future visit!

Perfect Location Next to Ellis Park and just a short walk to Bay Street. This 3rd floor loft is rustic but roomy! All the conveniences of home in the heart of the activity. Smells from the cobbler shop below. Sounds of the city too. Parking in a garage close by but free. We loved it and will be back.

We loved loved loved this loft. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 and the location was perfect for walking anywhere in the market area..Broughton Street shops or River/Bay Street. Our car stayed parked the entire long weekend. The loft is well stocked. We enjoyed the foosball and dartboard in the living area. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and they sent a person to repair it right away (on a holiday weekend)…excellent communication with prompt response. Looking forward to next Labor Day in this loft!

We thoroughly enjoyed Savannah and the Broughton corner loft's location and amenities were a big part of it. The unit is a very comfortable 2 bedroom in a quiet building perfectly located within walking distance of all that the historical district has to offer and it's only a short walk to the Savannah River street boardwalk. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk including an outstanding breakfast restaurant adjacent to the loft building.

Stayed here for a girls trip and everyone loved this place! It was comfortable for 5 of us and more spacious than the photos make it look which was a really great surprise. It was clean and well kept, and they texted me after the first night to check in and make sure there was nothing we needed. Awesome location next to tons of shops and restaurants and a really easy walk to the riverfront. We got to explore everywhere we wanted downtown without ever needing to drive or get a ride. Definitely recommend and will absolutely stay at another Southern Belle property if I visit Savannah again.

I wondered how the space would match up to the incredible pictures and the video that were on the site but it does and then some! The space was enough to 4 comfortably. There were games for everyone to play, a dining table abundant and comfortable furniture, very nice towels, hair dryer, iron and board, dishes--I mean they didn't miss anything! The keyless entries were a breeze, the parking pass was super convenient and the location was everything! It is true you can hear everything that goes on outside so if you are trying to turn in early, you may be a bit disappointed. The noise didn't bother us at all; the views were great and I would DEFINITELY stay at this specific property again. And again.
