Pool heat is available from October 31st through April 15th for a fee of $60 per night, allowing guests to enjoy the pool more comfortably during Tybee Island’s cooler months. On the first floor, the first bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tiled stand-up shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed and TV and includes its own attached bathroom with a tiled stand-up shower. These first-floor accommodations provide added privacy and are conveniently separated from several of the upper-level bedrooms.

The second floor features four additional bedrooms. The third bedroom includes a TV and access to a bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The fourth bedroom also includes a TV and access to a shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom offers a king bed and TV, providing a comfortable retreat for the adults in your group. Also located on the second floor, the sixth bedroom includes one full bed and two twin beds, along with access to a full bathroom. The seventh bedroom is tucked away on the third floor and features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a separate twin bed. This elevated sleeping space gives younger guests a fun place of their own. This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
