Enjoy a Roomy Living Space

The heart of Coops Retreat is the upstairs living space. This gathering spot is a welcoming, spacious room filled with natural light, soft cream tones, and colorful red and blue decorative accents. A mix of armchairs, ottomans, benches, and sofas provides plenty of seating for everyone to get together in the vacation rentals Tybee Island GA and talk about their day. The living room also contains multiple sliding glass doors that open up onto a patio filled with charming rattan furniture and rocking chairs. You can enjoy ocean breezes while you have an evening meal or watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee.

The living room and patio space also connect directly to the dining and cooking area. An extra-large table with seats for ten people is the ideal spot to chat about your day with loved ones. A breakfast bar provides some extra seating for people to eat and makes it easy to socialize with people cooking in the kitchen.

The downstairs living room and kitchen provide an alternative spot to gather. This secondary living space has a second, full-sized kitchen, along with a dining room that seats four. The open floor plan seamlessly connects with a living room that contains a sofa, two armchairs, and another flatscreen television. The dual living room setup of Coops Retreat is great for groups where some people might want to be rowdy while others want quiet time to unwind.

Coops Retreat is one of our larger Tybee Island vacation homes, so it's great for when you're traveling with a bunch of friends or family. Altogether, the home sleeps 12 people in six different bedrooms. It also has three full bathrooms along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off salt and sand.

The ground floor of Coops Retreat has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and television while the other has two twin beds. The two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a full-sized bathtub and a shower.

Upstairs, there are even more spots to sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flatscreen television, and an en-suite bathroom. Off of the master bedroom is a smaller bedroom with two twin beds which is ideal for younger children staying with their parents. There are two more bedrooms upstairs which both have their own queen beds. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, the upstairs part of Coops Retreat has a second hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We Provide Plenty of Amenities for Everyone

We offer a lot of opportunities for indoor fun. The home has free Wi-Fi throughout and plenty of desks where you can set up a computer. The living room televisions are smart TVs that let you access a variety of fun streaming services, and we provide satellite and cable as well. Our Tybee vacation rentals also offer a nice selection of books and games, so you can have fun while cutting back on your screen time.

Both of the kitchens at Coops Retreat are fully equipped with a variety of dishes, utensils, and cooking tools. They have full-sized ovens, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, toasters, and coffee makers too. This makes it easy to save money by cooking at home, and you can connect with your loved ones over a shared meal. If you prefer to cook outside, we even have a grill ready for you to barbecue on.

Our amenities lets you unwind in a home-like setting. We provide our guests with fresh linens, fresh towels, soaps, shampoos, hangers, and irons, so you don't have to pack many supplies. Coops Retreat has free parking for six people and self check-in, so you and your guests can show up at whatever time you like. Our homes even have washers and dryers, so you can clean your clothes whenever you like. Some other essentials we provide include central heat and air, ceiling fans, outdoor lighting, and fire extinguishers.

Tybee's Attractions Are Just a Short Trip Away

One of the best things about Coops Retreat is that it is just steps away from Tybee's Mid Beach. This beach is known for its gentle waves and golden sand. Thanks to the central location of our Tybee vacation rentals, you can easily travel to the hip, busy South Beach or the quiet, all-natural North Beach whenever you want. You'll also be right by the Southern Belle resort pool. This freshwater swimming pool is heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, so it can be a nice change of pace. Coops Retreat is primarily in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet. However, if you want to explore Tybee's shops and restaurants, there are many options about a mile away. You can go for a walk or take a quick drive to reach favorites like Gerald's Pig and Shrimp, Tybee Island Pizza, or Wet Willy's. If you want some fun nightlife, you'll also be close to bars and live music venues like Fannies on the Beach, Spanky's Beachside, and Benny's Tybee Tavern.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Overall

This was a perfect spot for my family to celebrate Easter weekend! Minutes walk to beach! The home was huge and spacious. Bedrooms for all with two spare beds! Large deck to spend the evening and watched a Beautiful full moon! Even took advantage of the lte. He k out! Easy to communicate with!
