All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

How will you know you've found Blue Cat? Pull into the driveway and you’ll be greeted by an aqua-blue home with lime-green shutters, magenta doors, and a classic white picket fence—a scene that looks like it belongs in a storybook. A charming gate invites you inside this Tybee oasis, where pink Adirondack chairs welcome you to unwind.

It's no exaggeration to say that every inch of this home has been carefully styled to perfection to create an ambiance that's like nothing else. The home manages to be charmingly quaint while offering a perfect amount of space for a large group looking for some privacy. Blue Cat's living room is the hub for entertainment and relaxation. Featuring gorgeous planked ceilings, this living room offers comfortable couches, a mounted oversized television, and plenty of colorful touches. A large table in a dining nook off to the corner of the room features seating for six people. Large windows offer tons of natural light. Next, sway into the home's stunning kitchen to take in crisp granite countertops over pristine white cabinets. A full-sized refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher in stainless steel add to the modern elegance of this space. Guests also enjoy a microwave, coffee maker, and essential cooking equipment.

Each bedroom in Blue Cat is more elegant than the next. Decked out with cozy coastal vibes, the bedrooms are defined by planked ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, beautiful furniture, and tasteful artwork. Every bedroom in the home has its own television. The bedroom breakdown includes a king bed in the first bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, a full daybed with trundle in the third bedroom, and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. In addition, the common space features a sofa bed that brings the total tally for potential overnight guests to 10.

Blue Cat also features two stunning bathrooms. The first bathroom features dual sinks cut into a gorgeous granite-topped vanity. This bathroom also has a full-sized shower/tub combo. The second bathroom also features a shower/tub combo. In addition, the home features a laundry nook with a washer and dryer. There's a second "living area" featuring a small kitchen, kitchen table, and lounge area with television located off of the bedroom suites. This detail allows more than one family to comfortably stay in Blue Cat.

Backyard Private Stock Tank Pool In Addition to Resort Pool Access

The private yard is the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun and surf. In addition to the outdoor seating, there's also an outdoor shower, and guests may also enjoy grilling outside. Guests can enjoy the backyard stock tank pool, open seasonally from April 1st through October 30th. From October 31st through March 31st, the pool is closed for the season, but the yard and outdoor seating remain ideal for any outdoor activities!

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

Second year in a row staying at Blue Cat and we love the place. It is perfect for large families and very kid friendly. There are two full kitchens. We used one as our primary cooking location and the other as our full bar. The little pool is a favorite of kids and adults alike. Blue Cat is the perfect home base for your family activities on Tybee Island. Oh, and by the way, the Tybee Market IGA is literally 50 yards away! Bonus!

Absolutely loved this house!! It's so cute and had so much character! Our stay was amazing. The house was clean, plenty of room and the stock tank pool was a plus! My child was obsessed! It's in a great location. We were able to walk to the local IGA, beach, and several restaurants! Thanks for an amazing week! We will definitely be back!

My daughter is going to Scad in the fall. We came for a tour and spent the rest of our time at this amazing house. We never went out to eat. We cooked played games and hung out outside. We rented a golf cart and went to the beach. We loved this house. It had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Cat. Communications with the Southern Belle team were easy and keyless entry made for a swift check-in/check-out process. The home looked just like the photos and the proximity to the beach made it easy to pop home from the beach for mid-day breaks from the sun. We were also excited to see the plunge pool added to the front yard - the kids loved it! Highly recommend this house for families with small children.
