Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Absolultey charming and PERFECTLY located, we could not have been more thrilled and satisfied with our stay in Unit 2. Clean, well equipped, and I cannot stress enough the PERFECT location in old historic Savannah. We easily walked to the Riverfront, to Forsyth Park, to City Market ... EVERYWHERE. We fell in love with Savannah and our stay in Unit 2 just made the trip perfect. We would most definitely stay here again. THANK YOU, Southern Belle !!!

We had a wonderful and very memorable trip in Savannah staying at Lafayette Row unit #2. The location cannot be improved upon - very easy and short walking distance to all of the following: Clary's restaurant, Mrs Wilkes' restaurant, St John the Baptist Cathedral, Krogers on Gwinnett Street, The Mercer-Williams House, a Dry Cleaners and more. In the middle of the historic district it is also less than 1 mile to walk to City Market, the Olde Pink House Restaurant, Paula dean's restaurant and much more. Accommodations were very comfortable with clear instructions provided before the trip.

This is located next to the St. Johns Basilica Cathedral, three bedrooms, two full baths, ( had to let the water run a few minutes for the hot water to catch up) full kitchen and washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great! We had more free parking, than metered parking, which was a bonus. Walking distance, for us anyways, to the Forsythe Gardens, River Street etc. This is on the second floor, which was fine with us. Charming Townhouse in Savannaha. We were all well pleased with our stay. Thankyou Laura ( Massachusetts)

The apartment was just as pictured and was located in a beautiful location, just around the corner from Jones Street, "the most beautiful street". The apartment was clean and quiet, although the ceiling in the master bath does need minor repair it did not deter from the relaxing and wonderful time we had. We were surrounded by beauty - the park right across the street, church, shops, restaurants and a stop on the Old Time Trolley were all walking distance. Parking was not an issue. We found a spot every time close to the apartment! We would definitely rent again if we are returning to Savannah.

We enjoyed our stay at lafayette row. the location is near perfect for visiting all areas of the historic district. the rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Our stay was for a month, so a sweeper would have been appreciated.

This is our second time staying @ Lafayette Row (unit 2:) and having Southern Belle as our host. Once again we were welcomed by the Belle Crew with a spotless home and a periodic check-in to see how our accommodations were suiting us. I must say, I appreciate the services of Southern Belle as they are very attentive and responsive for any questions/issues that may arise without being too intrusive (as some property hosts can be). We have already re-booked Lafayette Row for Christmas of this year and Easter of next…and can’t wait for our time again in Savannah! Great Job! S, M & m

Tell us about your favorite feature of the property: This was a great space for a group to stay! The only thing is I wish there was more seating. We had 5 people staying, and there were only 4 kitchen chairs, and it wasn't super comfortable for all 5 to be sitting in the area with the couch.

Love it. Two biggest minor concerns are the way the flooring is, there cracks in the wood making it more difficult to clean in the event of a spillage. Secondly as stated above, the toilet doesn't seem to stop running after even after it has been flushed. It tends to need a bit of a jiggle on the lever in order for it to stop
