Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Charlton on Lafayette is a lovely older unit. Very fitting for Savannah. The layout is great….pictures are accurate. The location is terrific. The only drawback is the amount of stairs. It’s a second floor unit and has twice the number of stairs as an ordinary house. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Great little place to stay with all the necessary amenities. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. Instructions were thorough and concise even with a video on how to access the building. Great rate too! I would consider it a value added place and would stay there again. The breakfast cafe near the square opposite the cathedral was very good FYI and of course, the cathedral's bells made for nice background ambience!

We spent the weekend in Savannah, and I did not want to leave. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything is fabulously old. Yes, the kitchen is in the living room but, it really does not matter. The neighborhood is beautiful and super safe. We will be back- We are hooked. Thanks again for hosting us.

After getting off to a rough start with the original home we selected not being available and having to switch to a different one, everything went very smoothly. Communication was great and the home we ended up with - "Charlton on Lafayette" - was exactly as described. In particular, the home was in such a great location and was perfect for our needs. The beds were like a dream! The pool on Tybee Island was a great touch as well; we spent a day at it just relaxing. It was within walking distance to beach and the perfect Savannah day trip. We will definitely work with Southern Belle again.

This is a great location and apartment. It was larger then we anticipated. We just had 2 guests but would be very comfortable for 4. The beds were very comfortable too. The location is perfect too. Close to lots of stuff but on a nice quite street.

The location was a quiet area of town within half mile to the river and half mile to Forsyth Park. The parking spot and bedrooms were great, with comfy beds, and a wonderful tub to relax in while the birds sing or the bells from the cathedral ring out. The kitchen was adequate and the couch in living room was comfy to hang out and relax on. We would definitely stay again if in the area, or brought the kids.

Southern Belle texted us to make sure we got in ok and if there were any maintenance issues. The apartment was decorated beautifully and felt very cozy compared to a hotel room. While we were visiting Tybee Island we also visited the Pool and cooled off after bike riding. They also offered a parking spot behind the building at no additional charge.

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across Southern Belle Vacation rentals. I originally booked a local hotel, however decided to take a chance at a house/ property instead - and wow - it was the best choice ever! This property is centrally located to everything. It is clean, beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home (with a dash of Savannah charm sprinkled in). The property management is top notch as well; kind, helpful and attentive. We visited Savannah in an effort to tour the SCAD campus for my daughter. If looking to find a place for a college visit - you simply cannot go wrong with this property. Thank you again for making our trip simply perfect!!!

The location - fabulous. Parking space was excellent. Beds and tv's were great. Kitchen layout and age of fixtures were less than expected. Heating unit in closet of back bedroom very loud. Bathroom felt like a laundry room.
