This recently renovated property has two parts in the main house and garden level. The main house features a king bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom, plus a sitting room with sleeping arrangements for four guests and a shared bathroom. The private library also has a full-size Murphy bed. The living room and dining room both have seating for 10 people. There are four flatscreen TVs located throughout as well as a washer and dryer. The house features wireless internet and cable with HD channels for your convenience. Parking is available for one vehicle off-street, and then there is on-street parking for more vehicles. Make meals in-house with the gourmet kitchen, and stay comfortable with central AC and ceiling fans throughout. The garden level is similarly appointed with a king bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for two, plus a washer and dryer. In total, the estate sleeps 14 guests and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

If you love to cook, you won't want to leave this kitchen. The formal dining room is sure to upgrade your meal times with a decorative fireplace, long dining table and a curio hutch in the corner. Bedrooms are also individually decorated with their own design schemes.

When you're ready to leave the comfortable confines of our Savannah vacation rentals, the entirety of the historic downtown is at your fingertips. The best way to enjoy Savannah is on foot, but you can also take the Old Town Trolley or Chatham Area Transit around the Historic District. The location of this particular property is just to the south of Forsyth Park, which is easily one of the biggest draws in Savannah. Head north to find the south end of the park and once inside, you'll find the Fragrant Garden, visitor center and fountain more towards the central-north part of the park. You'll also find a number of other popular spots to the north of the park, including the Mercer-Williams House, Calhoun Square, the Massie Heritage Center and the Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum. At the very north end of the Savannah Historic District is River Street. This long concourse along the Savannah River boasts a variety of places to eat and shop.

Civil War buffs will enjoy exploring Fort Screven and nearby Fort Pulaski.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We enjoyed the house, it had much charm and enjoyed the proximity to Foresyth Park. We did have an issue with the door code originally provided did not work, however. This was resolved via text message, which was much appreciated.

Change of Place Estate was perfect for our group! It's within walking distance from a couple bars and is a cheap/short uber to the River St. We loved the huge dining room table which was perfect for big dinners and we had plenty of beds for everyone during our stay. The home was spotless when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to park our cars.
