Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Our stay at Luxury on Lincoln was fabulous! All the furnishings were comfortable and quaint. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels and linens were plush. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cooking and baking equipment. It had everything we needed and more. The location was excellent. We parked at the Lincoln street garage, just a few blocks from the house. Parking was $26/day but this eliminated the stress of parking on the street. The realty company were considerate and communicative. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who visits Savannah.

Kudos to the owner for providing everything you need and to Southern Belle for making it clean and inviting. Certain lights and the TV were on when we arrived making for a nice home coming. This townhouse gives you a nice touch of history being built in 1886 and is conveniently located near the dot bus and trolly stops. If you book any of the trolly tours they can pick you up a block away at the Owens-Thomas House. It is an easy walk to get to the river area, many restaurants and Forsyth Park. The beautiful homes and buildings, oak trees and squares make walking an event. Savannah is a beautiful and historical city and Luxury on Lincoln made for an outstanding visit. It was nice to “pretend” we lived there .

My family and I loved this vacation home for our summer vacation. The home was well maintained, comfortable and maintains its historical charm. My family and I would stay here again and again for the location to Broughton and not that far from the beach as well. You can't go wrong with this property for a family size up to 6. All the best!

All 4 of us were extremely comfortable and really enjoyed the beauty & comfort of the townhouse on Lincoln. It was the best equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in, you won't need to bring a thing. The location is great and walkable to most restaurants. Parking was not an issue you have to pay to park and if you love having a couple of towels for your shower bring some extra towels. I highly recommend this rental and we'd stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home.

This house was perfect for two couples enjoying beautiful Savannah for the week of Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable. We especially liked the spacious layout that provided options for gathering, kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen was well equipped so that meal-making was easy when we chose to eat at home. The bedrooms were sufficiently removed from common areas making them quiet retreats even while others were gathering downstairs. Parking on the street was not a problem. We purchased day passes and supplemented with the Park Savannah app when needed.

Perfect rental for our group of 5 ladies. Great location and house is perfectly laid out and decorated for the Savannah feel. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Great communication with the rental company. If i could suggest one thing, it would be to have some fans since the upstairs gets quite warm. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah and the house was wonderful. It is in a great location. Able to walk downtown and River street . We loved the ability to sit outback on the patio. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The house was beautiful. When the air mattress had a issue they brought a new one right away. I love visiting Savannah and your house allowed us to enjoy our stay in your wonderful city. We loved using Old Town Trolly . They shared so much information on your wonderful city and we especially enjoyed the American Prohibition Museum and the amazing food in your city. We look forward to returning soon

We throughly enjoyed our week stay in the beautiful Savannah and was able to walk everywhere through town due to the location. The home has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. This is by far the best rental property I’ve stayed at and we travel frequently using AIRBNB and VRBO. The linens were hotel quality. The place was immaculate with high quality appliance and accessories throughout the house. The location ideal- walking distance to everywhere. And the service was very professional. They emailed multiple times with property information and parking details (super simple-get a parking pass and park on the st). Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home located right in the center of downtown/historical Savannah. Everything is within a 20 minute walk. There are tons of great restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the house. The house was just as pictured, which is always a pleasant surprise. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this location or any of the other homes managed by Southern Belle rentals. Their homes are beautifully appointed, reasonable priced and the company is very professional and easy to work with.

Very clean, perfect location, and southern hospitality. I had my bachelorette this past weekend and we stayed here. We were able to get away with walking to everything while keeping it under a ten minute walk almost every time. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this condo in the historic district of Savannah! The condo was extremely nice and spacious for our party of 4. Condo was within walking distance of all major attractions in Savannah. We did have a car which we parked in a parking garage that was a 2 min walk away (cheaper than parking on the street). Would recommend doing the same as Savannah is very walkable city with lovely parks / squares every few blocks. Condo was equipped with all that you need for your stay. Highly recommend this condo! 5 stars!
