Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

A “walk in the park” is an old three-story home with the rental unit located directly on the first floor. The location is across the street from Forsyth Park which was convenient and it also had a DOT bus stop out the front door to the right which we used to go to the Riverfront for free. (Bus service runs from 7am to 7pm). The property was described as mentioned and clean! Plenty of kitchenware to cook in as we did breakfast every morning at the property. It was a nice touch that Southern Belle Vacation Rentals checked in with us by text to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent from them again!

The stay was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the location of the house. Just wish there was a parking area instead of off street. Loved the fact that it was directly across the street to Forsyth Park. Everyday we would walk over and sit by the beautiful fountain and just watch people. The fact that the trolley stop is right there was nice even though we didn’t use it. We got our walking steps in down to River St. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Savannah again.

Beautiful home, well appointed with everything needed — dishwasher detergent, paper towels, soap/shampoo, etc. The location can't be beat as it's right across from the park and the bus stop is right outside. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute house! We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. It’s a mile from everything at the riverfront and parking was ok to find. The bus stops directly in front of the house which was nice. If we ever come back we would book it again.

This location was chosen because we had someone who is mildly handicapped in our party so being on the first floor was important. The few steps that had to be climbed to the front door were fine. "Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers", one of our friends said. We didn't really do any cooking so I cannot really comment on the adequacy of the kitchen. The most wonderful part about this property is its location right across from Forsythe Park. We sat out front on the porch each evening people watching and dog watching! Also, the DOT free transportation system was right outside our door!

The flat was located right across from the park and the dot free shuttle bus is right outside. Perfect location! Maybe a 20 minute walk to the river. Only downside was street parking but we didn't ever move our car.

The apartment was wonderful. The location fantastic but parking was hit or miss. We never had to park more than a block away, but in fairness we knew that going in. We've been to Savannah several times and are well aware of the parking situation, we're in a city after all. As far as the apartment, we loved it, it was immaculately clean and everything was as described. The bed and linens were as comfortable as can be and we received a welcome text from Southern Belle making sure everything was as expected. Top notch rental!!!!

A Walk in the Park had everything you needed in a safe and perfect location in the heart of beautiful Savannah! We had the best "girl's getaway" and really enjoyed the comfy beds, the beautiful decor and the all around cozy feel of this downstairs unit. We really enjoyed that the free shuttle station had a "dot" right in front of the unit too! Totally recommend!

We attended a wedding in the park with the reception at the Forsyth Mansion and this location was perfect. A Kroger was 2 blocks away. We could walk downtown in about 15 minuets or take the free bus that stops just out front. The rental was very well decorated and had everything we needed. We loved it!

We had a great time at this rental. The location was perfect for our family. It was on the dot route and the free trolley stopped right outside the door! The childrens park in Forsyth was across the street. We also enjoyed the Collins quarter which was also right across the street. The only downside was that the rental was a 3 plex and the renters from another unit tried to come into our unit in the middle of the night. Obviously a mistake but it was startling. No fault of Southern Belle. We would stay at this location again. It was in the more residential part of town which we really liked.

A Walk in the Park was a beautiful home in the perfect location. Forsyth Park was within steps. The home was within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. Fully stocked with anything you might need for your stay. Even received a text making sure everything was as it should be when we arrived. Highly recommend ⭐️
