Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the perfect location for exploring the historic downtown. The host was very responsive in answering questions and the condo had everything we needed. It was nice having the kitchen. We are already hoping to visit again and would stay in the same place!

Cemetary, Cathedral, ghost free (?)

Has all the key elements of a great place to stay: 1) near sites (St Johns Cathedral and great restaurants; 2) has everything needed for a short or ling term stay; and 3) an historic haunted cemetary a block away. No ghosts encountered in the aprtment. Yet.

I was very pleased with the location and felt right at home. Perfect location for waking all through the historic district, the garden was great to sit and drink hot cocoa on a cold day, the parking was excellent and free because of the weekend and holidays. The appliances worked great! We had access to Netflix and Disney+ so we were able to watch Christmas movies on Christiana's eve and Christmas Day! I highly recommend staying at this location.

Very nice place to stay. Walking distance to many areas of interest. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The management company was helpful and easy to contact prior to our visit and provided some parking information and they also followed up to make sure everything with the unit was okay after we checked in. Regarding parking...we arrived at 4pm and there were available parking spots in front of the building. We parked our car and left it there the entire time of our stay. I recommend using the Savannah parking App to pay for parking- it's easy to use.

The location and Apt were great. The staff was amazing. The only thing I would change is to put in blackout curtains in the bedroom. With all the wonderful things Savannah has to offer you / I ended sleeping in late. Definitely will use Southern Belle Vacation Rentals again.

This was my first time renting with Southern Belle, and I am completely satisfied. The home was clean and smelled great upon entering. The bed was super comfortable and the home was very well stocked with all we needed for a 5 night stay. The neighbors were quiet. The location was perfect, so we were able to walk to where we needed to go. I will be definitely be using Southern Belle again and I highly recommend them if you're traveling to Savannah!

This property is so cozy and welcoming, minutes away from everything you'd ever want to do in Savannah. Local ghost walking tours end at the cemetery across the street, and you are about 9 minutes from River St, 3 minutes from Broughton and 5 from city parking garages which have great overnight rates. The apt was clean and welcoming and the gated courtyard makes you feel safe and even with the main road it's quiet. There was a maintenance concern when I arrived with the main building door, but it was quickly addressed and fixed within the hour. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. We did not expect to be staying right in the heart of everything. The colonial cemetery is located directly behind the home. I loved being able to walk every where. We were worried about the parking situation but a week always found a spot close to our place. Anytime of day there was something available so it's not a problem at all. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, in the heart of everything. I would definitely stay again.
