Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The carriage house was perfect and exactly like the pictures. The private courtyard area was perfect for relaxing. We were able ti walk to everything we wanted, grocery store, restaurants, and the park.

The photos of our place were just as expected. It was super clean. The self-check-in was very easy. This house easily slept 4 people with the additional air mats, which were super comfortable. It was a joy.

This was a great Airbnb for the price & location. We loved the short drive to historic downtown. This carriage house had everything we needed & was quite spacious for the petite place it was. The use of a garage was such a perk! Also we really appreciated the fast reply's from management to send out a maintenance person. The only suggestions I'd make is to switch the garages, the main house garage is underneath the bedroom & it vibrates & is quite loud when in use. Also a TV & king bed would have been that much better in the bedroom. But all together this was a great spot to spend our vacation in beautiful historic Savannah. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip to Savannah!

The carriage house is just the right size for a couple to enjoy some quality time together. The location is quiet and residential, but still within easy walking distance to all of the best parts of Savannah. Garage spot is an added bonus, although a bit tight depending on how the rear neighbors are parked. We would absolutely stay here again, but we may bring our own small fan as the bedroom might actually be too quiet at night!

This cozy carriage house was perfect for our recent "empty-nester" vacation. We needed a place where we could relax and come and go as we pleased. We were pleased with location in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the historic district and only a 20 to 30 minute drive from the beach on Tybee Island. We enjoyed both during our stay. The property itself was tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed, a kitchen that made simple meal preparation easy, seating space at a dining table for meals and writing, and a comfortable living room for being. We appreciated the spacious walk-in closet and the washer and dryer we had available as well. Having parking space in a garage was an added bonus. The managers of the property checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure everything was in good shape and responded quickly to any concerns (of which there were none that directly impacted our stay.) Thank you for making it ready for us and making yourselves available if we needed anything.

We loved this place! We highly recommend staying here! It was so clean! The bed was very comfortable. Shower had enough heat for all of my family! The air conditioning worked very well. The location is perfect! We were able to take a short walk to Dixon/Forsyth Park and even Kroger! Very easy check in and out! There was a box fan that muffled out the city noises! An air mattress was included too! When we arrived the garage door opener didn’t work but we texted the property owners and they brought us a working one within the hour. We will definitely stay here again! The tenants in the main house were so nice too!
