This condo was perfect for our 10 day stay in Savanna. We had a few questions and someone was able to help us in no time. We would return to this condo the next time we are in Savanna. We parked our car and walked to everything we wanted. The parking garage was just a block away and very easy in and out. We only used the car to go play pickle ball at a near by YMCA!

Great locations, near everything. Parking is easy and close by. Surprisingly quiet in the bedroom. Was there for Veterans Day parade and could barely hear it from the bedroom. Also, bedroom doesn't have windows so close the door and it's pitch black so great for sleeping. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, everything was great.

Great location in Historic District. Nice having parking garage next door with key card, little bit of a hassle to retrieve parking pass from room before entering garage ( and vice versa when checking out), but not sure how else it could be done. Rental was all we needed, very nice.

We had a great week! The place was very clean and smelled clean, too. The floors are beautiful and the whole place was decorated very nicely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook with. It was very quiet. Didn't even mind the street noise which really wasn't that bad. Very thankful for the parking garage. We left our car and mostly walked. The only problem we had was finding the entrance but after a little help, we got that figured out. Would most definitely stay again.

I booked a solo trip to Savannah on a whim after several very tough months in a hospital setting that really took a toll on me after the last few years. This apartment was beautiful! It was SO welcoming! I think the best part was with the blackout curtains pulled, it literally felt like midnight at noon. The bed was so plush and comfortable and all of that allowed me to really spend some quality time resting. It's a tad bit noisy because of how busy Broughton Street is but I honestly enjoyed that part too. Perfect location for walking and enjoying almost everything Savannah has to offer and yet not feeling like you are too much in the middle of things. The only negative I have to say is that the smell of the alley right by the building entrance door is terrible, but as soon as you make it inside to the lobby, the smell is gone. And the apartment itself has such a clean and welcoming smell. Truly a gem! Would definitely return for a longer respite!

The only real problem was that the front door to the street never worked while we were there. So it was always unlocked and beeping with a message saying that it required troubleshooting, but it was never resolved. We contacted your office - others in the building knew it was a problem as well - no one seemed to concerned about building security - but when you're in a strange city you don't know what the neighborhood is like at night and it would have been easy for anyone to come into the building and go on any floor at any time of day or night. So that part made us feel a bit wary when we came home late (we parked in the Robinson garage so then we walked to the place, and it made us feel a little uncomfortable walking into the unlocked building). It was probably the building owner that was at fault, not you, but I think that they should be told as I'm sure the condos in the building are expensive.

The location was perfect, the apartment was very nice, and the staff was great. My only issue with the stay was the fact that my girlfriend came home to a stranger in the apartment who was sent there to fix something without giving us notice. This really made her uneasy. When I reported this to the staff, they seemed to take it very lightly. I was not happy about the reaction to this.
