One of our Savannah vacation homes located on the ever-popular Broughton Street is the Broughton Proper Unit. This is a cozy loft with one bedroom and one bathroom over 577 square feet. It includes sleeping room for a total of four guests. History

This property welcomes you in with a cozy living room. A plush sofa, area rug, wood floor and a large flatscreen are all in this room. In the Area

One of the best things about our Savannah vacation homes is how you can simply walk outside your door and immediately be a part of the downtown action. This property is close to VinnieVanGoGo's casual pizza joint and beer, Bella Napoli Italian Bistro, The Olde Pink House and the Grey. The latter two restaurants are famous spots in Savannah serving delicious Southern fare.

Walking the streets of Savannah is typically the best way to get around, but you can also enlist the services of the Chatham Area Transit in the downtown area, or you can hop on a tour. Tour options in Savannah are seemingly endless, but one of the top tours is the Old Town Trolley Tour, which has several stops throughout the downtown. Themed tours are very popular, particularly ghost tours, since Savannah is known for its interesting haunts.

Forsyth Park, River Street and Colonial Park Cemetery are arguably the top spots for tourists. Those interested in the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil franchise can also stop at the Mercer-Williams House and Museum for tours. Of course, Forsyth Park also played a part in the book and movie. River Street is worth an entire day by itself. This historic riverfront concourse was once just a huge storage area for goods coming through the port. However, it was renovated, and old warehouses were turned into the current homes of restaurants, shops and galleries. You can walk the entire concourse, watch ships come into the port, or hop on a charter, or riverboat tour out onto the river.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

The room was in an excellent location for exploring the town. We stayed for three days and mainly used the room just to sleep, as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It was very convenient to stop back to reset, drop off items, or grab a coat. Communication throughout our stay was excellent and greatly appreciated.

This is a very nice condo and so close to everything. You are steps from City Market, and a 5 minute walk to River Street and the new JW hotel. It was so nice to walk up and down Broughton, and all the of the eateries that are so close. I would highly recommend for a couple, perfect size.

Best place to stay in Savannah Georgia you are right downtown so it’s sooo much to do. The Airbnb is so beautiful and homey. Parking is very convenient too if u can’t park on the street there is a parking garage a nice little walking distance. And the staff was great with getting back to me quickly whenever I have any questions or concerns. I will definitely be booking this property again for my next visit.

My daughter & I came in late first evening, we ran into a little “glitch” upon arrival. But we got ahold of Southern Belle immediately, they were super fast to resolve and help. From there on out, vacation was amazing. The location is perfect, can walk to just about anywhere & endless restaurants, bars & shopping. Some people mentioned the noises outside the apartment, it never bothered us. We were gone all day. By time we arrived back it was quiet. Cute place, I’d stay there again!

This condo met all my needs. I was traveling solo, as I always do on my yearly trip to Savannah. The location is in the perfect spot! You are steps away from City Market. Broughton St shopping. River Street is close enough. Forsyth park is a little further away however the walk there takes you through the beautiful squares so the distance is a plus. The condo itself was everything I needed. It felt secure, clean and comfortable. It can be a bit noisy but that can be fixed with a quick walk down the block to Walgreens and buy earplugs. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and if you feel the need to sit and watch TV, you have plenty of viewing options. I will book this location again for my next yeast stay as o feel I’ve finally found the best place in Savannah. For parking, there is a garage right across the street, it’s not expensive to park and was under $100 for me to park my car there an entire week without moving it.

The apartment was perfect. We loved the location and it was so nice to be able to come back to the room and rest. There was some slight noise but nothing terrible #cityliving. The bed was amazing and we actually got to sleep in. Whenever we had to reach out the staff I was answered right away. I have no complaints. The only concern I have is when can we come back?

This is a great location, and the check in and check out instructions were simple. I recommend adding a suggestion to use the Robinson parking garage when street parking is full (due to its proximity).

We spent 6 nights in this adorable place above the very popular Broughton Street in Savannah. It was not as large as I envisioned, but for just my husband and myself, it was perfect. Our little Yorkie, Georgie, also enjoyed her stay, curling up on the sofa with us each evening. The unit was very close to many popular Savannah sites, including City Market, various popular restaurants, and a short walk to the Plant River District. I felt safe taking the dog out for her walks, as well. The historic district was all around us, and we rarely needed our car. If there are any negatives, it would be the lack of parking, but I saw nowhere in Savannah that offered free parking, so I'll just attribute that to the city itself. A little more generosity in the toilet paper department would also be appreciated, lol. Overall, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the comfortable and clean accommodations.

The overall stay in the home was excellent. Clean, well-maintained. Great location, the condo backs to a alley that is a bit noisy as the workers are hanging out playing loud music and talking very loud. No fault of Southern Belle but it is aggravating when trying to sleep in or watch tv. Other than that great property!!
