The first floor of Almost Heaven offers access to a private pool with lounge furniture and a grill for outdoor barbecues. A garage located on the property's first floor provides a sitting area with a couch and table. This spot is destined to be the go-to gathering area for kids. This floor also houses bedroom with a queen-sized bed, two twin beds, and flatscreen TV. Private parking is accessible from the first floor.

Almost Heaven's second floor is the home's main living area. A large living room lined with large windows and glass doors makes for some amazing relaxation in front of a flat-screen television. Touches like oversized couches and cozy accent chairs make the living room a great place for a family movie night after a fun day on the beach. A Jack-and-Jill door leads from this room to the bathroom located in the adjoining hallway. A third bedroom on this floor features a full-sized bed. Almost Heaven's third floor is where guests will find a laundry closet with a full-sized washer-and-dryer setup. The third story of the home notably provides access to a wraparound porch that opens up to extraordinary views of the ocean.

Southern Belle Pool

In addition to the on-site pool at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

My family had a great stay on Tybee in Almost Heaven! It was very clean and we had everything we needed. There were plenty of silverware and dishes unlike a lot of rentals we come across. Access to the beach was very good considering we did not have direct access. We would definitely stay here on a future visit.

We were traveling with friends (five of us all together). We loved this beautiful home. We enjoyed the two balconies and spacious kitchen and living room. A short walk to a pretty beach and short drives to restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to Savannah. Very clean, very spacious.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Almost Heaven! The house was very welcoming and the staff stayed in contact with us just to see if we needed anything. Each room is beautifully decorated, our four granddaughters loved the pool and really enjoyed the hot tub. The house isn’t located on the beach but it’s not a long walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend Almost Heaven .

Thank you for providing a wonderful location for my friends & I to stay in Tybee Island. Everything was great and as advertised. The only complaint I would have is that the recycling bin was unavailable to us (it was full of yard waste that we did not put in there) so we wound up having to throw away all recyclables. But the property was spacious, bright, and clean. The proximity to the beach was the next best thing to beachfront. And we weren't required to do a ton of tasks for checkout. Thank you again!

Highly recommend staying here at Almost Heaven! We came down for a girls' trip and it had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away! We especially loved the multiple decks to hang out on and the proximity to a beach entrance!

We stayed in a beautiful three story home. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from your window. Everything we needed was already in the house; plates, cookware, towels etc. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. We felt right at home, and truly did not want to leave. The staff was really nice to check on us. Overall, this was the best vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Thanks again!!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed "Almost Heaven." The proximity to the beach (away from public entrances) was a dream. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The house was clean and had plenty of space (beds, bathrooms, etc.) for our group. We were able to rent bikes and easily get around the island and was a convenient location to get into Savannah. The only thing that could have been better was less chemicals in the hot tub. Highly recommend renting this house!
