Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Yes, we enjoyed the apartment very much. It was a clean, well appointed, and very comfortable place to stay. The location was phenominal. We could walk to everything Savannah has to offer including parks, waterfront, theatre's, restaurants, church, etc. Ross, the property manager was very helpful with our questions, helping us to find free street parking right around the corner. We had a wonderful vacation on Perry st

I will preface this by saying that I stayed in this apartment for 8 months for a work project, so I got to know the property and location well. I cannot say enough nice things about this apartment, I booked it, sight unseen, as I needed housing for a substantial amount of time, and I have zero regrets about it. This place was PERFECT!!! I cannot stress enough how wonderful this property and location was. I felt safe as a single woman living here, I spent many hours outside, alone in the peaceful private courtyard, I walked everywhere I needed to go whenever I wasn't working...it was central enough to be walkable without being directly in the party zone. It was quiet, I felt respected as a tenant, I had no issues with Southern Belle that couldn't be resolved quickly, like when I arrived late my first night and couldn't find my email with the code, they were very professional and gracious and accommodating. The owners of this property are divine, I felt honored to be a guest in their home. Everything was well decorated, much nicer than other properties my workmates rented from other realtors. I would stay here again. Actually, I wish I was still there!!! Highly recommend, you'll not be disappointed.

Did a 3 mon stay here as was in Savannah for work. This apartment is exactly as it looks in all the pictures! Such a pretty place with lots of light and a cute courtyard to sit in. It's a carriage house so lots of steps up but definitely worth it. I have to admit it was kinda hard to leave it when my time was up. Met the owners as they have their business in the house in front. They were wonderful/kind people! I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely rent this again if the opportunity arose! Southern Belle was also great to rent from, very responsive to questions and needs. Overall just a great experience!!
