Once you park in your free parking and complete our self-check-in, you can start your vacation.

Walking in through the front door immediately puts you in a large, spacious living area. Crisp white paint reflects natural light while tasteful nautical artwork gets you excited for the beach. Through the space, we use a blend of reclaimed wood, shiplap, and industrial materials to create a distinctive look. Soft shades of white, cream, and brown are brightened up with gentle green and cheerful red accents.

Beach Daze Lower has a semi-open floor plan. Most of the living space is used for the large room that contains the comfortable sofa, flatscreen television, and armchairs. Several smaller nooks branch off from this room to function as a dining room, office, entryway, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen is sure to be one of your favorite gathering spaces. Its large doorways and pass-through bar let you easily chat with your loved ones while you prepare meals.

Our Tybee Island vacation homes also offer cozy gathering spaces outdoors. The covered front patio has cushioned chairs where you can sit and catch an ocean breeze. It also contains a dining table that seats four, so you can watch the sunset while you eat a meal outside. The main sleeping area is in the home's single bedroom. A king-sized bed helps you get a good night's rest while a flatscreen television lets you enjoy a good tv show or movie. If you have children or additional friends staying with you, the sofa also folds out to provide a queen-sized bed.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.
Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Unit is close to the beach, restaurants and shops; 4th house from beach so easy walk to the sand. Was very clean, great bed, nicely decorated and includes great common areas including a patio, charcoal grill and off-street parking. Had a wagon, bikes, and beach chairs available. Kitchen did not have a dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash. Could use a pantry or cabinets for food items. Tybee Island is a great spot for vacationing.

Overall

I will only be renting from Souther Bell Rentals this day going forward. My family and I travel to Tybee once or twice a year and I haven't had a better location amenities or cuteness of any other rental company that this company offers. Thank y'all for hosting my family and I. I hope to do business with y'all in the near future.
