The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Sleeping accommodations have been arranged with comfort in mind. The home features two spacious king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, two full bathrooms, one convenient half bathroom, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests when needed. Throughout the home you'll find tasteful furnishings, classic architectural details, hardwood floors, and thoughtfully selected décor that reflects Savannah's historic charm while providing all the comforts of modern living. Wi-Fi, multiple Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a full-size washer and dryer make both weekend getaways and extended stays comfortable and convenient.

One of the highlights of Broughton Street Main House is its private courtyard, providing a peaceful outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, or unwind with evening drinks after a day spent exploring the city. Tucked away from the bustle of downtown, it's the perfect place to slow down while still being just steps from Savannah's most popular attractions. A private garage parking space is also included with your stay, making it easy to arrive, park, and explore much of the Historic District on foot. The garage is accessed from the rear alleyway and is best suited for standard-size vehicles. Larger SUVs and oversized trucks may find the entrance more challenging due to the tighter turn into the garage.

As a guest of Broughton Street Main House, you'll also receive complimentary access to Southern Belle's heated resort-style swimming pool located at 19 Silver Avenue on Tybee Island. The pool is open daily from March 1 through October 31 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. During the winter season, from November 1 through February 28, the pool is open Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Whether you're planning a beach day or simply looking to relax poolside, this added amenity makes your stay even more enjoyable.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Occupancy
City of Savannah Code of Ordinances, Division II, Part 8, Chapter 3 (Zoning), Article 8.0, Section 8.4.37(b) – Short-Term Vacation Rental Use Standards: Occupants shall not exceed four adults for dwelling units with no more than two bedrooms. For dwelling units with three or more bedrooms, the number shall not exceed two adults per bedroom.

Southern Belle Occupancy Policy: This home accommodates up to 6 adults and up to 2 children, with the total number of guests not exceeding the home’s maximum approved occupancy of 8 guests.

the house was absolutely wonderful.had a wonderful time in Savannah,but that house made our stay even better.The house was one of the best parts of our trip!!!Ireally wish I would have torn the bed apart to find out what kind of mattress was in the bedroom with the large map because that was the best sleep I have had staying anywhere

We absolutely loved the house, it was everything we expected and more! It was wonderful to have a garage space, too. It’s a small space so if you have a large SUV it will be tight. We were comfortable in the bedrooms, and there were enough basic supplies in the kitchen to cook simple meals. The only thing I would have liked better is a water dispenser in the refrigerator, we are big water drinkers. The house was centrally located to everything, including a short drive to Tybee Island. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, we never heard any of our neighbors. Southern Belle was so gracious, we only had a couple of small issues and they were so quick to help and fix! I highly recommend not only the Broughton House but also Southern Belle!

Beautiful old southern home, with some original wood floors and period furniture was comfortable and centrally located. This was a “girls weekend” trip! Hosts were very responsive to a few small issues. Walkable to all the fabulous areas of old Savannah! Close to wonderful restaurants we enjoyed! One of our favorites was Java Burrito which was across street from home. We enjoyed their wonderful breakfast burritos and tacos on our last morning, but could have done every morning! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This historical home was beautiful! So much character and beautifully decorated. Also located in a very walkable part of town and quieter than the downtown areas. The home was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts checked in to make sure we were okay with quick communications. We would definelty stay here again and recommend this home to anyone who’s visiting Savannah.

This home is in perfect condition. Every detail has been taken care of and the furnishings are beautiful. The beds were so comfortable- like sleeping on a cloud. Excellent location for exploring Savannah’s historic district. The garage is a nice plus so we didn’t have to pay for parking.

Two energetic retired couples, 5 nights in a comfortable setting close to restaurants and attractions, great weather....it was a great way to relax and recharge. The property was clean, nicely decorated, had an off-street parking space, and the management company was responsive and friendly when we needed them. We highly recommend.

We (me, 2 daughters, and 2 granddaughters) chose Savannah for a girls trip. None of us had been before. After a lot of research I chose Broughton Street Main House. This house topped our expectations. It is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could ever ask for. The location is perfect….close to shops, restaurants, historic house tours, and great place to walk. Southern Belle communicated with me from the time I reserved the property and made sure that we were taken care of during our stay. I hope to come back to this welcoming city in the future and will absolutely choose Southern Belle as a rental agent. Thank you!!!!

The Broughton street main home was the perfect retreat for my girls trip. The home was beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were comfortable. The whole home was clean and welcoming. The house is located close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from all of the noise. The staff were engaged and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend this home for any group. If I come back to Savannah I would definitely rent this home again.

This house was excellent for our girls trip. The location was perfect and all the amenities were fantastic. The only trouble we had was the parking. The garage is very small and hard to access, but the house location allowed us to just walk every where. Plus there are several trolly stops close by. Definitely recommend!!

Property was exactly as described. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I will definitely be staying there again. One caveat, it is an older property so the interior stairs are both steep and narrow, so pack your bags light. That is not a knock on the property, just a fact. Definitely a 10 on a scale of 10. Also, the management team checked on us multiple times be sure all was good and we did not need anything.

From the moment we opened the door we felt at home. Beautiful. classy house with everything you need. The location was fantastic, walk to everything. Sweet little courtyard to sit out with coffee or a glass of wine. Great coffee shop on corner and gift shop on other corner. One reminder for future guests, parking in the garage is very tight, my husband was glad we didn't bring the truck, smaller vehicles fit best.We loved this property and will be back!
