Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

The rental was excellent--spacious and nicely appointed. It had all the amenities that you would need during your stay, and enough space to allow everyone some time to decompress on their own. The location was prime, just a couple blocks away from the main drag and right on the other side of the dunes from the Beach. The resort style pool was also a very nice perk, and reminiscent of the pools you'd find in Key West. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay on Tybee. In addition, the hosts were extremely accessible, and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great time staying at belle property. Everything was perfect and the few things we asked for were taken care of right away. Pool was beautiful and water temps were perfect. Enjoyed a ton of beach time as well!! We will rent again!!

The condo was well appointed, clean and spacious. It is only half a block to the beach! We found everything we needed - linens, dishes, cookware. The IGA is just down the road a short distance for groceries and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

The condo was extremely clean, well stocked and the location is perfect. It had everything we needed to start our vacation with. The kitchen had everything from plenty of plates and cups to cookware to be able to make entire meals. The location is less than a block to beach access and close to restaurants and shopping. We have stayed here several times and will absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island even with the threat of Hurricane Ian and everyone wanting us to cancel our trip. We had food, water, flashlights, games, and each other in case we lost electricity and high water. None of that happened. The rental was perfect for the 5 of us and quiet and peaceful.

Catch the breeze was a fantastic rental. Parked the car and didn't use it one time. You can walk or bike to anything you may need. Walking to the beach is so simple you can leave your towel on the beach and run home for the sunglasses you forgot! Tybee island gets pretty crowded right above 14th street. So it's easy to snag a spot in the less crowded area.

We enjoyed our stay on Tybee with family. The condo was very comfortable and the location to beach and shops was great. Having access to the heated pool was a huge bonus for our grandchildren as the ocean water is still very cold. The management team was consistently responsive and helpful. Our best stay on Tybee to date!

This place was perfect. Not only was the condo clean, updated and well maintained...you could walk everywhere! Restaurants, groceries, beach access, bars and shops - all were mere moments away. Park the car and forget about it! During our stay it was exciting to see other residences being renovated and updated - this is such a cute area. Next time Tybee crosses my mind this will be where I want to stay.
