Nestled on the southwest side of the island near 15th Street and Tabrisa Street, this five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of coastal charm, spacious comfort, and island convenience, just a short stroll from the beach.

Step inside and discover an expansive 2,500-square-foot layout filled with natural light, coastal-inspired décor, and thoughtful touches throughout. The home features beautiful wood flooring and an open design that brings everyone together while still offering quiet nooks for privacy and relaxation. A large screened porch welcomes you with seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails, while an outdoor shower makes beach days a breeze.

The main living area is comfortable and inviting, with plush seating and multiple flat-screen TVs perfect for movie nights or a lazy afternoon in. Cedar House includes five well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and flexibility. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, one of which includes a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to the screened porch. Another king room offers a private balcony, while a third provides an en suite bathroom. The queen bedroom creates a cozy retreat, and the final bedroom includes two twin beds with access to a convenient half bathroom. An air mattress is also available, offering additional flexibility for your group.
Bathrooms are arranged with two full en suites, a shared hall bathroom, and a guest half bath, giving everyone the space and privacy they need.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We were exceptionally pleased with the accommodations. It was as very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, well stocked with all the necessities. It was within walking distance to the beach. The elevator was perfect for the older members of our party. We called for a malfunctioning smoke detector and within 1/2 an hour someone came and fixed the problem. We only used the pool once as everyone preferred the beach. The pool was very clean plenty of available chairs/umbrellas etc. we definitely would recommend using Southern Belle for future vacation needs.

What an awesome house for our family girls’ trip!! The huge bedrooms were perfect and comfortable, the living room had so much seating, and we loved the screened porch for morning coffee and evening games. Peaceful neighborhood so close to town and beautiful sunsets at Back Beach. Communication was terrific with rental company! Would highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect house for us. Directly across from a family owned home.The elevator was a great help for a couple of family members with limited mobility. Large dining table and great room for family gatherings. A lot of additional seating on the large deck. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Cedar House was the perfect house for our family. It was very spacious and we loved the open concept of the kitchen-dining-living area. It was a great house for our Thanksgiving gathering. The location was great, as we had other extended families staying nearby, so it was an easy walk to visit each other. The ping pong table was a hit with the older kids. The office staff of Southern Belle was always very helpful and friendly when I called with questions prior to our trip, and after we arrived. I would recommend Cedar House to any large family that needs plenty of space. It was a fun trip.

The Cedar House is beautiful, the pictures are exactly what the home looks like. It is also quiet and comfortable.The location is within walking distance to the beach and pier, restaurants etc. The elevator is great for stair challenged people like myself!

This place was amazing!! Had So much space for all of us!! We actually wanted to spend time at "home" our last night instead of going out! We ordered Pizza and played games! Would recommend this place to anyone!!! Close to beach and easy access to downtown! The pool was awesome also!! We were so glad we were able to take advantage of it! Hopefully can make it back someday!

Three families met here for a “family reunion.” Location was great, short walk to everything! Kitchen was well-stocked with tons of seating. We loved the family room because it also had plenty of seating for everyone! Our only suggestion would be new bed pillows! We'd definitely return, friendly staff and great house!

My family and I all considered this to be an excellent choice, in all respects. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the master suite, and the fact that it was on the main floor. We also made good use of the outdoor grille, the ping pong, and the cornhole device. The kitchen features and utensils were everything we needed. Cedar House was a large part of making our family get together an enjoyable event. Thanks David Feild
