Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

When you are planning on staying in Savannah for a little while, it's important to find the ideal home base. Downtown at the Derenne is here to provide all the comforts of home in an exciting new location. This studio style condo is situated in the heart of historic Savannah, and it's perfectly equipped to suit all your needs. This gorgeous condo is available for extended stays of 30 days or more and includes all utilities. Please note that the condo building is undergoing some renovations in the common areas including the hallway. During this time, we are running a "hard hat" special on the rental rate. Step into Downtown at the Derenne and immediately feel at home. This charming and unique studio is situated inside the classic Derenne building. As soon as you walk through the front door, you step into a unique and cozy space accented with stunning furnishings and hardwood floors. The light, airy living room gets plenty of natural light making the area feel open and spacious. French doors open up to a charming balcony overlooking the oak trees and bustle of Liberty Street.

Throughout Downtown at the Derenne, designer decor adds elegant appeal to the home. A blend of traditional furniture, charming antiques, and glam accents create a one-of-a-kind ambiance. The color palette chosen for this getaway is primarily soft whites, creams, grays, and browns. Cheerful accents of blue and yellow add a little fun to the soothing space.

The kitchen and dining area provide functionality for you and your guests. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials to cook up a great meal at home including a cooking range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Whether you're cooking for one person or a few, the kitchen is an enjoyable spot to make meals with a glimpse of the Savannah skyline out of the window. Nearby, the dining table for 2 creates a great spot for intimate conversation or convert the area into your work-from-home desk.

The sleeping area is tucked away off the main hallway and features a queen size bed. Privacy curtains, string lights and reading lamp create a cozy ambiance that will make you want to lounge around. The bathroom in Downtown at the Derenne is also nicely designed for two guests. This bathroom has a pedestal vanity, storage shelves and window. It also has a classic clawfoot tub where you can enjoy a relaxing soak or shower.

The neighborhood around this executive rental contains many great restaurants, shops and other entertainments. Grab a coffee from Gallery Espresso and take a stroll through the squares up to Broughton Street for some shopping or walk South towards beautiful Forsyth Park.

The city itself also has a lot of excellent opportunities. Savannah is known for its historic appeal, so you can visit the Savannah History Museum or hop on a trolley for a full tour of the Historic District. If you love fine dining, explore options like Vic's on the River or The Olde Pink House, and when you want a drink, try iconic local rooftop spots like Peregrin. Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Please call 912.289.0130 to set up your cleaning schedule.
