All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Ebb & Flow Unit 1 is a one-bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

We loved staying at the Ebb and Flow. The space was just enough for our family and had everything we needed. The location is close to several beach accesses as well as stores, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our time there.

We rented this unit to have a place for our son to recover. He’s an Army soldier stationed at Hunter AAF base and had an emergency complicated surgery. He needed a place to recover and my husband and I took turns staying with him til he got back on his feet. We are super grateful for finding this little gem! It was a great place to let him recover and rest. The only thing that we didn’t expect was the noise from the 2nd floor. It did get annoying after a while. I know they didn’t stomp on the floor on purpose, the sound just carries. The unit was well furnished and in a great location. My husband and I considered returning next January for fun, but request the 2nd floor unit instead. LOL

Ebb and Flow was an exceptional stay! The apartment was easy to find and perfectly central—one end led to the beach, and just a few blocks away were great shopping, bars, and restaurants. We parked in the reserved spot and walked everywhere, which was so convenient. The highlight for us was the incredibly comfortable bed—the most amazing we’ve ever slept on! The pillows were pure luxury, and the linens matched that level of comfort while smelling fresh and clean, which made our stay extra enjoyable. The three HVAC units provided excellent comfort on the chilly nights, ensuring we stayed cozy. Having a reserved parking spot was a huge plus, especially in such a walkable area. Stephanie, Tonya, and Jen were only a text message away and offered incredible convenience and support throughout our stay. We loved everything about Ebb and Flow and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!
