Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Wonderful top floor rental

Overall

We enjoyed our stay at Ebb and Flow unit 3. The entire top floor is included in the rental. There is a huge porch with plenty of seating. The rental has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The space is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The community pool available is very nice. Lots of seating and umbrellas if you want to stay out of the sun. Would definitely stay here again.

0ur 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren joined us for 6 nights; we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the availability Lutyke of the nearby pool, and fishing from the local pier. A grocery store was nearby and the 4 bedroom unit was well stocked for family cooking. We had a great time! While it is not the most updated place in the area, it was perfect for us with two little grandsons and the nearness to the beach for older grandparents and a pregnant daughter. Also, the AC went out the second day we were there, but the staff quickly called a technician who came out and fixed the problem. There were no other issues after that.

All of us enjoyed Ebb and Flow 3. The location was perfect!!!!!the younger ones loved being able to walk to the action of shops and bars ! We loved being so close to beach and walking to the pier! The sunsets were incredible! I would definitely stay again! The living area was great and all the rooms as well! Very very neat and clean! And I love how any questions were answered immediately!!!

The property was well maintained, and the decorum was very chic and funky. The interior design really made a compact space very comfortable, and enjoyable, excellent taste for small spaces. Very clean appliances and rooms. Linens were in very good condition. Kitchenware and dishware more than enough to accommodate a large group. Staff attentive to needs and quickly responded to small concern. Providing bicycles was an unexpected perk, we were going to rent. However, some of the bikes were rideable, a little dangerous though. Could use some tlc and chains oiled, very rusty. But again a very nice perk to provide. A short stroll to the beach, sold me on coming back to this property; I generally rent beachfront and spend more. This place was definitely the best for less—4 bdrms, 3 bthrms. Stealing a Gem. We will be back

Home was very roomy and accommodating for a family of 10. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the spacious wrap around porch. Great location with great shops and restaurants that was well within walking distance. We didn’t have to drive during our entire stay.
