Our Savannah vacation homes are expertly maintained and decorated inside and out. The room also has a ceiling fan, wood floors, a writing desk and a plush comfy sofa that pulls out into a bed. In the back part of the room is a small drop leaf table with seating for two. Nearby is the full gourmet kitchen, featuring double sinks, a range and oven, microwave and refrigerator. There's also a breakfast bar in the back with seating for two. The one bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a bench at the foot, plus a ceiling fan, floor-length mirror and two nightstands with lamps. The location will put you just to the south of Forsyth Park.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

It was my first time in Savannah, and this was such a lovely place to stay! The space was comfortable and had everything I needed, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. It was also an easy, pleasant walk to just about everything I wanted to get to, and there was easy bus access too. Would happily stay again!

Came to Savannah for a conference and could not have picked a better place to stay! We were about a mile away from Broughton St which is where majority of the restaurants were. The unit itself was perfect for me and my husband. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable! We felt like we were home away from home. He and I both agreed that we will be staying here again when we come back for the conference next year.

I forgot to mention one thing. I really looked forward to sitting on the back deck to have coffee in the morning but the outdoor furniture was so dirty and gross that I did not. I walked to the coffee shop and visited with the locals. Loved that but had specifically rented a place that had an outdoor sitting area because I didn't want to walk to far from my girls while they slept. It was fine though when I saw the area I didn't worry at all about leaving them locked in sleeping:). It would be nice if the cleaning people cleaned off the outdoor furniture.
