All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Welcome to your luxurious home away from home at Grayson by the Sea! This Tybee Island vacation rental is newly renovated to ensure you have the best possible experience. Even better, the entry nautical theme lends itself very well toward the history and warmth of Tybee Island. You'll be able to enjoy seeing the tallest lighthouse in Georgia, along with spending your days lounging on the beach!

Whether you want to find a place to relax alone or a vacation rental that can accommodate up to four guests, you'll be staying in style--beach style, that is. There are two bedrooms that each have a queen-sized bed, along with a fully stocked kitchen. This rental also features private access, so you won't have to worry about sharing a hallway.

When it's mealtime, you can head outside to your private patio and take in the local view. You'll also find an enclosed outdoor shower off the patio, which offers the ideal place to wash off the sand from the nearby beach. In other words, you can spend your time frolicking on the beach without having to be concerned about taking the sand home with you.

Tybee Island Vacation Homes

Your vacation rental is located mere steps away from Tybee Island's South Beach. This is by far the most active and popular of the two nearby beaches. If you want to spend an afternoon away from the crowds, though, you can head to Back River Beach. Alternatively, you can take a lovely stroll along the Tybee Island Pier, where the fishing is great and the people watching is even better! Grab yourself something to nosh on at the snack bar, then head to one of the picnic tables to have a leisurely lunch.

Grayson by the Sea is much more than simply a place to rest your head. With features such as a washer and dryer, WiFi and cable TV, you can take care of the little things, too. This can extend your vacation and keep you from having to go to a local laundromat. You can also bring your car, as Grayson by the Sea provides two parking spots for our guests.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

My wife and I had one of the most perfect and enjoyable weeks of our life at Tybee Island. Our stay at 16 Atlantic Ave. Unit 5 was amazing. We loved the decor and beach vibe of the condominium. The beds were 100% comfortable and we slept like logs. The living room furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed, although we ate out mostly. The short 3-minute walk to the beach was super easy. We were able to walk a short distance to all the stores and restaurants. The bike rental was just around the corner from where we stayed. Tybee Island beach with its firm sand was just what we needed for perfect walks on the beach, and it was just what I needed for running. The proximity to Savannah allowed for the most perfect day there as well. We would not hesitate to book this same unit again. The owners made this the perfect place. Thank you so much! Charming home. Short walk to all necessary things: beach, ice cream, restaurants, and beautiful scenery. Home was clean, well maintained, and had just about everything we needed. Excellent communication with hosts, Southern Belle. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Great layout and perfect location. We stayed here for a long weekend girls' trip. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance - easy beach access and plenty of local shops/restaurants. The three separate outdoor spaces and beach chairs were greatly appreciated. The Southern Belle staff responded quickly to all our questions about checking in and out.
