Haint & Porcelain is a romantic, ground-level retreat set directly across from Colonial Park Cemetery, where Savannah’s earliest stories rest just beyond your doorstep. Bathed in soft blue tones inspired by Southern haint traditions, the apartment is richly layered with porcelain, chinoiserie, antiques, and old-world detailing. Decorative molding, curated objects, and thoughtful styling create a space that feels intimate and storied, less like a rental and more like a hidden gem in the Historic District.

The living room flows into a well-appointed kitchen anchored by a generous butcher-block island, ideal for slow mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings at home. The kitchen windows allow in gentle natural light and add to the cozy atmosphere of the space.

Fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials, the kitchen makes dining in easy and comfortable. A discreet washer and dryer are conveniently tucked just beyond the kitchen area for added convenience during longer stays.

A Restful Private Sanctuary

Toward the rear of the apartment, the bedroom offers a quiet retreat away from the street. A queen canopy bed dressed in soft, hotel-grade linens sits beneath warm lighting, creating an atmosphere that feels both indulgent and calming.

The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and marble vanity, offering a refined yet relaxed space to refresh after a day exploring the city.

Location & Experience

Step outside and you are immediately immersed in one of Savannah’s most atmospheric blocks. Evening ghost tours pass along the cemetery gates, Spanish moss drapes overhead, and history feels present in a way that is subtle and authentic. Just two short blocks away, the shops, dining, galleries, and energy of Broughton Street await. From morning pastries to late-night cocktails, everything you love about downtown Savannah is within easy walking distance.

Parking Information

On-street metered parking is available directly outside the home and throughout the neighborhood, enforced by the City of Savannah Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm. Guests may pay via the ParkSavannah app, parking kiosks, or meters. Public garages and visitor parking passes are also available nearby. Please observe posted sweep-zone signage when parking.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
