Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Overall everything was fantastic! The location was great, though the trolly stop and carriage rides were right outside of the door it wasn't intrusive by any means. It felt clean, the high ceilings made the space feel larger than it was and loved having the separate sitting place. We also utilized the pool on Tybee Island which was nice and made you feel like you were in an exclusive club. The only 2 VERY LITTLE things that would have made it better would be pool towels provided and a starter laundry pod. We had to use our shower towels and then we were stuck buying a laundry detergent to do a load of wash to last the rest of our stay.

This property was amazing, comfortable and great view of old colonial cemetery out the large from windows. Walking distance to everything. Suggest to visitors go get discounted parking pass for the pay to park spots out front and surrounded streets. But the property was spectacular. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Savannah.

The unit was really nice, and the location could not have been better. The space was very accomodating, and all the features were as advertised and in perfect working order. The location is directly across from a very old and definately interesting cemetary. A nice touch.

This little gem is in the perfect location between the North and South historic districts. Only about 16 minutes walking to River Street or to Forsyth Park. The king bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean and very well decorated. Will definitely stay here again!

This was way better than staying in a hotel! The apartment is updated and clean! The king sized bed is super comfortable! The location is great, 1/2 way between the river walk and Forsyth Park. Lots of restaurant options with walking distance. Great hospitality for the hosts as well.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Haywood, and would stay there again when in town. The condo was tastefully decorated/updated, and I love how the contemporary decor contrasts with the historic wood floors. We found everything within walking distance. I enjoyed the view of the cemetery across the street with the eerily beautiful Spanish Moss.

Meets all criteria. Inside pictures were accurate. Location is perfect! We took the Free Walking tour and would encourage visitors to enroll. Our guide blended history with his personal experience. So many restaurants and bars (Artillery was a fav) that are nearby. Communication was quick and extremely helpful. We stored our luggage based upon their recommendation. Since it was winter, the back alley/porch was not really open. It's a tight one! Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at The Haywood for 2 nights. Having visited Savannah many times over the years, we can say this was one of the best short term rentals we have stayed at. The location cannot be beat! The apartment is easy walking distance to anywhere downtown and is in close proximity to Parkers market and the rooftop at the Perry Lane Hotel. The place was clean, easy to check-in, the decor looks freshly updated, and was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy our stay. The owner seams to have taken in account a lot of guests needs by providing a white noise machine, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and directions to reference use. We look forward to our next stay in Savannah and at The Haywood.
