A Structure Steeped in History and Class 

Walking through the front door, you’re greeted by soft-colored walls and magazine-quality furnishings. The atmosphere of this home differs from many vacation homes Savannah as it’s interior design was cultivated to create warm and inviting spaces. This is evident by the attention to detail shown throughout the entire space.

The living room features a wide sofa highlighted by tufted backings and flanked with soft pillows, which make lounging on this already comfortable couch even more delightful. The matching arm chair offers extract seating while the dark-wood coffee table is the perfect height to play board games or rest your cup of tea while enjoying your favorite movie on the large flat screen television. The hardwood floors enhance the sense of elegance while the extra-wide area rug softens the floor and adds a nice visual element.

The fireplace enhances the coziness of the living room and acts as a separator into the other areas of the home. To the right is a staircase leading up to the bedrooms while to the left is the circular dining table with seating for four. From here, you pass through a doorway and into the gourmet kitchen. Though you’re within walking distance to a variety of eateries, a kitchen of this magnitude beckons all who stay here to whip up their favorite home cooked meal.

The dark wood cabinets highlighted by lighter tan countertops, tiled backsplash and brick accent walls give this space a light, airy feel. Even professional chefs would find this kitchen to be well-equipped. The luxury-rated stainless steel gas range oven delivers professional-grade cooking power while the refrigerator offers ample space to store fresh ingredients. Cleanup is simplified thanks to the double-bin sink and high-capacity dishwasher. Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

This townhome has been wonderfully renovated and is very conveniently located close to major attractions such as Forsyth Park. It is very clean and has all bath and kitchen essentials. The management is very responsive. Highly recommended.

The Historic Townhouse on Tattnall was the perfect house for our girls weekend trip! Conveniently located in the heart of Savannah, it was in walking distance to Forsyth Park (just not in the brutal summer heat, lol) and a short drive to River Street. The hidden bonus was a Kroger 3 minutes away. The house was so clean and stocked with all of the basics you'd need for your stay. The Southern Belle staff kept us informed regarding check-in times and reached out throughout the weekend to see if we needed anything. I will definitely be using them again!

This cute house was the perfect place for our group to stay. The house was well appointed. There was plenty of seating, everything we could have needed in the kitchen, and the bedrooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable and the showers were really nice. The location was great, just a few blocks off of Forsyth park.

After some unfortunate circumstances we relocated to this property. It was absolutely beautiful. It was very roomy - comfortable In very close proximity to stores and restaurants (driving and walking) The yard was cute and perfect for my family! Also the company was amazing to work with!! Great location, beautiful home, just the right amount of space for our family to stay comfortably. So nice to have access to 'our own place' in the heart of the historic district. We were very satisfied with the home. It was updated, clean and exactly as advertised. Small home, but perfect for a party of 6 or less. It was a bit of a walk to the river, but we did not mind it at all, and the walk gave us an opportunity to see the city and stay in a quiet area. Also, a nice surprise was that block of the street was not metered and we were able to park for free the whole stay! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean upon arrival, everything worked fine, older home so took a little experimenting with the lights, but certainly no problems. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room. We loved our stay in Savannah! This property is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked for all your vacation needs. It is located only a few short blocks from Forcyth Park, which mades taking strolls through the neighbood a real treat. It is away from bustle of River Street and City Market, yet those areas are easily walkable. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

We had five family members staying here to attend an intimate Savannah wedding. It was incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was perfectly appointed (including wonderfully sharp knives!). The location was fantastic — a stone's throw from Forsyth Park. The parking could not have been easier. I wholeheartedly recommend this townhouse for a perfect Savannah getaway.

This row house was everything the listing said it was. The location was great for walking to everything. We did not rent a car on purpose. So we wanted a good location for walking-this fit the bill. The house was very clean. Convenient check in. I would rent again.

Housekeepers were cleaning the home when we arrived at 2:30. We had paid for the early checkin. Minor inconvenience, but just so you know. They also just let us come in and did not ask for us to put in the key code for security purposes.
