Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

House was clean, when we didn't have a Keurig one was delivered quickly to us. Parking outside the house was easier than expected for the location! Would definitely stay here again.

This home was a beautiful place to spend the Christmas holidays. It was two blocks from the park and next-door was a pizza place as well as a coffee place within the two block range. The grocery store was less than .2 miles away. Also within walking distance if you wanted to walk .The home was very spacious. The rooms were gorgeous and. It was really nice how they preserved the brick architecture inside the home. It is very deceiving from the outside but when you walk in it’s just stunning. It’s an easy walk to downtown as well -probably 20 minutes and very accessible to the historic district on foot . If I ever had to come back to Savanah, this is definitely place I would revisit and stay.

We selected this home for the extra space because we had 9 adults traveling from NY, DC, IN, OH and CO. The location was great and the 2nd floor kitchen was the hub for meals and evening activities like cookie decorating. Everyone needs to be mindful of the stairs and the step-ups-downs. The home is historic.

The Home at 1014 offered everything we needed for a larger group of family and friends. With plenty of space between the two floors and five bedrooms, it was perfect along with being in a good location to walk throughout the Historic District, but also in a quiet area when it was time to get some sleep. Everything within the house was in great condition and everyone slept well in the beds so that is a plus to have comfortable beds after a lot of walking during the days. Having a washer and dryer in the house for use is another plus. Overall, the house truly is beautiful throughout the inside on both floors, was very clean, and had everything we needed for the stay.

This property is very conveniently located. Close to all the historic properties and museums, parks. We could drive minutes to any destination, with the exception of Tybee. ( you could walk to some, but it rained the first two days) Close to grocery store and restaurants.

This is a wonderful big house with five bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, three baths and a pool table (everyone's favorite amenity!). We stuffed five small families in for our wedding festivities. The property is located near beautiful Forsyth Park and is not far from downtown. Everyone loved the place!

This particular property was one of the coolest we have ever stayed in. It truly is one of a kind and it's uniqueness is what made this trip special. We don't usually spend much time in the house while on vacation, but we had no problem ordering some local fare for take-out and sitting around enjoying the NFL Draft and NBA Playoffs. The interior is laid out to host large parties in a comfortable manner and everyone could hang out in the same room with no seating issues. Spaciousness is just one of the stand-out features (if you have tried to rent a house in Savannah for 10+ people, you know these open floor plans are hard to find). You would never guess how beautifully designed the inside of this house was by looking at the "store-front-style" exterior. Original brick, beautiful floors, great finishes and even a pool table. If you have a large group headed to Savannah for a week and have a few extra days to just lounge and relax; you need to check out the House at 1014.

Only issue I had was that I had to physically stop by the office to "pick up keys". The property had a a keypad so not sure why it was necessary to have guests stop by the office. Other than than that the property was great.

We really enjoyed the property. Very pretty and didn't bother us that stove downstairs is more for show. It is so close to Forsythe Park which is a great walking and running park. It was very close to walk to everything but we took the car a lot as we had two in the party who couldn't walk well. But everything close enough. Krogers very near.
