Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The Isaac LaRoche Estate was very comfortable for three couples with nice beds and linnens, living room, dining room, kitchen and rear deck and courtyard. My only recommendation is for the host to provide more typical hotel amenities in the bathrooms.

Had a wonderful time with family in Savannah. Location was amazing, close to everything we wanted to do. House was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Excellent neighborhood, felt very safe and parking was easy even with three separate cars.

We loved everything about this rental. The house was spacious and allowed room for each couple to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus as well as the very comfortable king sized beds. Location was perfect. Quiet street across from a park and very close to everything you want to see and do. I will definitely rent this property again when I return to Savannah.

We stayed over Labor day weekend. There were 6 of us 64-70 in age. We had about a 20 minute walk to River Rd. Lots of shopping and loved all the parks the city has with plenty of benches if you wished to stop.We loved Savannah. Nice clean town felt very safe. Issac LaRoche Estateis beautiful! We only cooked Breakfast in the room. skillets were ok. Siverware was a little sparse but we had enough for 6 at a meal. There is one bedroom on the bottom level with a mini kitchen and bath. The second level is a sitting area, dining room and a kitchen, also a nice porch out back for morning coffee for 2. 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. There is no batroom on 2nd floor so you must go up or down into someones bedroom for a bath if you would have guests in. The only time we drove was to go to the Savannah Banana's game which was a hoot! We were there Friday afternoon till Monday AM and had no problem with parking the spot right in front of the estate was open when we got there and still open when we came back from the game about 10 on a Saturday night. No charge for parking on weekends and holidays. Our crew would definitely go back. Ron P

Isaac LaRoche was the perfect place for us to stay with my parents, brother and niece for my son's wedding weekend. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Savannah, yet on a very quiet street. Although there is no dedicated parking, street parking was always readily available. (Parking is metered Monday-Friday, 8-5. A little bit of inconvenience, but not annoyingly so. You definitely don't need a car to get around town, so my advice is to leave yours at home if you can.) The house was exceptionally clean. My only recommendation would be for more towel hooks in the upstairs bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Ample space with 3 large bedrooms with über comfortable beds, and en-suite baths for each! The only negative was no bathroom on the main floor, but it really was not an issue. Loved it and will return soon!

We were absolutely thrilled with our recent stay at the Isaac LaRoche Estate! The whole process was seamless, and everything was exactly as expected....actually exceeded our expectations! The home was exactly as represented in the photos for both the main and garden level unit. The rooms were spacious, the home was picturesque and just what we were looking for to gather our family for an early Christmas getaway. The location was ideal to walk to nearly everything we wanted to do in downtown Savannah and at the riverfront. We would stay here again without a doubt. This home is in a perfect location for easy walk able visit to Savannah. It is literally 1/2 a mile from everything in any direction. Located on a beautiful and quiet Pulaski Square it is an ideal location! The home is spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Parking is available on the street and a very close parking deck. However the street parking can be confusing (I live in Atlanta and know how to use parking apps but this was different) and we had to contact the management for explanation. They were helpful and we were all set after speaking with them.

The home was just as described ... extremely clean, wonderful linens, and in what felt like a very safe and walkable neighborhood. There were five adults and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax or to gather together on the main floor for coffee or cocktails. Our check-in process was incredibly efficient and easy. We will definitely stay here whenever we are back in Savannah!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The property manager was responsive to questions & excellent to work with. The decor beautifully combines charm & elegance. We loved reading the history of the home & of past owners. It is apparent that the current owners have great love of history & creating a home that incorporates both the old & the new in its furnishings. We always had ample parking right outside the front door. The location is great. We took advantage of opportunities to walk throughout the gorgeous parks surrounding the area. Five Stars to this lovely venue.

Not only is it immaculate, there is a garden courtyard and back deck for enjoying the sultry nights. Quiet street and within walking distance of downtown. The house was great. We had 3 couples for our stay. We all had a private space with our own bathroom & plenty of room to hang out together. The courtyard was also a big bonus! Tom & Susan, the owners, live next door. They were very kind and welcoming. We will absolutely stay there again when we travel to Savannah!
