Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

My Dad, sister, nephew, and I had a wonderful stay at the Lady Gwinnett. We were very happy with our choice to stay here, the house is lovely and everything in it was clean and the space was just right. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent and the price was comparable to the hotels in the historic area and it was so nice to have a place to relax during the hot part of the day. I would definitely recommend the Lady Gwinnett to friends traveling to Savannah. I travel to Savannah at least once a year, but this was my Dad's first trip and he was charmed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.There was only one problem with the check in. I don't know if the gate to the parking area has been changed since the check in instructions were written but there was no code box on the gate. we had to go in the front door to get a remote to open the gate.

We had the best time in Savannah! This rental is a short walk to the park, which was great for our kids. We enjoyed breakfast in the park a few times as well. Several things in walking distance but River Street is about 1.5 away, 3 miles around trip. We walked it once, and drove the rest of the time. About 25 min from Tybee Island which was a perfect day trip. The beds are comfortable and home is beautiful! Highly recommend staying at Lady Gwinnett.

We arrived and found it super easy to check in since we just had to use the code at the door. The house was beautiful, super clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The location was good, and the walk was not bad to get to the main historic district. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

We stayed from a Friday to a Sunday as a group of 8 ladies to celebrate our friend Samantha’s upcoming wedding. The space was perfect for us! I would’ve stayed for the kitchen ALONE. All the ladies could not stop talking about how beautiful the home was. Also, the beds are some of the comfiest any of us have ever stayed in. It was also impeccably clean. Would 100% recommend and stay in again if given the chance.

Home away from home. Everything we needed in one place. Air, lights and TV were on when we came in (super plus). Everything was clean and well kept. Towels and bedding were great. Very comfortable. There are no words that can describe the kitchen enough (pictures didn't do it justice). Propane stove and all Jenn Air appliance. We loved the plantation shutters and all King sized beds. Bachelorette group and we never ran out of hot water! Gated parking space on the backside of building right outside of our unit was very convenient. Front side parking was available but with a few city restrictions. We also had a gated (lockable) rear private courtyard. Somewhat quite street overall other than the convenience store catty corner to the unit. It seemed somewhat out of place for the area and was the only downside to the location. It was a 25 minute walk to the riverside area and around $9.00 for a lyft/uber SUV during the evening. There is a Kroger grocery store within a 3 minute drive and having the park basically right outside our door was great. We had a larger group and never felt over crowded. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this location. Southern Belle was great. Very accommodating and patient with information and suggestions every time I called. Never rude, a super plus nowadays.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home at Lady Gwinnett. The home is lovely, well-appointed, and in an excellent location just blocks from Forsyth Park. It is also a very easy walk to River Street. After we spent our days exploring the city, we slept extremely well in the comfortable beds! We also enjoyed Southern Belle's resort-style pool on Tybee Island. We truly had the best of all worlds on this trip.

We lived staying at the Gwinnett street property because it was so close to Forsyth Park & we went walking there daily; we also loved the room the house provided. The whole family had space at the kitchen table to eat together & play games ( that were provided with the house). We loved the decor, we he location & the size of the house. Great fun in Savannah with the Gwinnett Street house as our home base!!!

This is a magnificent property with a simple but elegant design. Very good use of space, wonderful kitchen, spectacular master bath. The bed and bathroom linens are five-star-hotel quality. Extremely comfortable mattresses. House was well stocked with basic supplies and matching, functional, complete selections of silverware/glasses//dishes. The ventilation is zoned separately upstairs and downstairs and works perfectly to cool both levels evenly at 70 degree setting. Parking is right outside the back door in a gated parking lot. We booked this house due to proximity to Forsyth Park because we had two active young boys with us and that was a wise decision. Neighborhood felt very safe and was recommended by a Savannah resident. This house is the perfect combination of modern design and amenities in a traditional, elegant townhouse that makes you feel you are in the South. Usually when I rent a property there is some "surprise"--not this time.
