Enjoy glossy wood floors, a living room set off by white pillars and a huge bay window. The decor is a tasteful soft green and gray accented with white. The living room features comfy chairs and a sofa in front of a big flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace. Adjacent and separated by a bar counter is the gourmet kitchen. The dining area is also here along with extra chairs at the bar. The kitchen is wide and open with new appliances, rustic blue wood cabinets and plenty of room to work. The king bedroom features three tall windows, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The other bedrooms are also light and bright with comfortable beds. Outside, you'll find a balcony with a table and chairs and view of the neighborhood.

The property was better than we expected. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. One suggestion ... we noticed that others guests staying in the two other units were not locking the main door after exiting the building. I placed a note on the door explaining that one must push the "lock" button on the keypad upon exiting. After that, the door was always locked by the other guests. Perhaps a small label can be placed on the door explaining how to lock the main door.

I loved the property but I will note that the living area would not get warm like the bedrooms. If you put your hands by the exterior windows facing the street in the living area you could feel the cold air pouring in. The windows were closed and I understand the property is old but there is a way to make them air tight.

I wasn't aware that the unit was on the 3rd level which made it hard for the two older ladies that was in our party. So the next time I will inquire about elevators and steps. Also, the unit needed more toilet tissue.
