Located on the north end of Tybee Island, Marshlight — Garden Residence offers a comfortable and well-designed retreat for up to four guests. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom residence features a thoughtfully arranged layout that maximizes both comfort and functionality, creating an inviting setting for a coastal getaway. With its light-filled interior, coastal styling, and convenient access to nearby attractions, it provides an easy and relaxed home base for enjoying everything the island has to offer.

The layout is ideal for couples or small groups looking for a space that feels both open and efficient. Comfortable Living & Interior Spaces

Inside, the home features a bright and open living area with wood flooring and a clean, coastal aesthetic. The sitting area offers comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, creating a natural place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.

The queen bedroom is located just off the main living space and is designed for restful nights and easy access. A full bathroom with a standing shower and in-unit laundry area is conveniently located nearby, adding an extra level of practicality for longer stays. Thoughtful touches throughout the home, along with wireless internet and central heating and air, ensure a comfortable and seamless experience from start to finish.

Outside, a brand-new resort-style heated pool overlooks the scenic marsh, creating a peaceful outdoor setting that feels tucked away in nature. This pool is shared with the other residences on the property and provides a relaxing space to unwind, complete with a surrounding deck for lounging and a nearby firepit that offers a natural gathering spot in the evenings. Whether it’s a quiet morning by the water or a slow evening taking in the view, this outdoor area adds a calm and scenic backdrop to your stay.

The experience continues with access to a brand-new game room, also shared with the other residences on the property and designed for both entertainment and comfort. The space features a full lineup of classic arcade machines, a large projector screen for movies and gaming, Xbox and PlayStation consoles, and comfortable recliner seating that creates a casual, theater-style environment. It’s an ideal place to spend time indoors, whether you're enjoying a movie night, playing games, or simply relaxing after a full day on Tybee Island.

Location & Exploring Tybee

Situated on the north end of Tybee Island, this property offers a quieter coastal setting while still keeping you close to some of the island’s most notable landmarks and scenic areas. North Beach is nearby and known for its peaceful shoreline, natural beauty, and views of large ships passing through the channel into the Savannah River. It’s a great spot for morning walks, beachcombing, or simply enjoying the coastal environment away from the busier parts of the island.

The Tybee Island Lighthouse and Fort Screven are also just a short distance away, offering a mix of history, open green space, and panoramic views. This area of the island provides a more relaxed atmosphere while still being conveniently connected to everything Tybee has to offer.

Beyond the immediate surroundings, Tybee Island offers a wide range of activities for every type of traveler. South Beach is the island’s most popular destination, featuring the Tybee Pier and Pavilion along with a variety of waterfront restaurants and shops. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

This place had everything we were looking for. Everything was laid out nice and was clean. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The Southern Belle team was very responsive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend this vacation home to the next couple that’s looking for one in the Tybee - Savannah area.

No reason not to book again.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for our first time ever visiting the island. It was super cute and close to the beach. It was about a 4 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk to the ocean. It was also super close to the coffee shop, Tybean, which is adorable! We walked there each morning. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and very kind. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The Southern Belle reps were very friendly and always were willing to answer any questions we had. Great cute little condo. Location is about 24-30 mins to Savannah and less than 10 mins to the beach. Place looks exactly like pics. Convenient, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend booking this one!

Place was beautifully decorated. It smelled great! It was clean! It was comfortable and cozy. A perfect home away from home for a week. Southern belle has great customer service and always clean, one of our favorite places to use when booking to stay in Tybee.

I was very impressed with the apartment. Very clean, had all the necessaties, I loved the bathroom the shower was awesome. I liked that it was private, low key not alot of noise,much better than a hotel. I was very pleased with my stay and enjoyed it. I would recommend this to my friends. A very nicely furnished, decorated, comfortable condo that is easy to get to, easy to explore from, and conveniently located if you want to be close to the attractions but do not want to be right in the crowded hustle bustle of the south end of the island.
