This is a large 30 acre park that is also home to a vintage iron fountain. Forsyth Park is a local and visitor hub in Savannah. You can stroll the grounds, stop for a picnic or relax on one of the many benches and people watch. A few other popular old parks are Crawford Square and Chippewa Square, the latter of which was in the movie Forrest Gump. If you love taking in some history, then the Colonial Park Cemetery, the Owens-Thomas House and the Davenport House Museum are must-sees. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

The house is great and the location is perfect! Wire rugs in bedrooms aren't ideal but that's why you bring slippers. Anytime I reached out with a question I always got a very timely answer and friendly reply. Would 110% recommend this placed or stay there again for another little getaway.

A group of 9 Girl Scouts and 5 adults stayed at the Mint Julep Estate and found the house to be beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The girls adored the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this accommodation. We created many unforgettable memories in Savannah that will last a lifetime. Our Girls Trip met here in Savannah at this beautiful house for some fun bonding! This historic home is beautifully decorated with the old heart pine floors and the basement brick flooring providing the perfect foundation. Location is great! The rental staff was super fast and helpful. All great!

House was very cute staying in Savannah in a home with character was a great addition to our trip . We booked the home for my sisters 40th which accommodated everyone . Having the pool was great after walking all down town. Home was near shops and trolly center theirs also a great little sandwich restaurant up the street ! The property was perfect for some of our family who was in town for our daughter's wedding. The pool was wonderful for our grandson who used it every day we were there. AC was cold. Kitchen well stocked and the house was clean. Location was perfect. Large home with lots of seating area to gather. 2 parking spots was a plus! Would stay there again!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is spacious, comfortable and embraces the charm of Savannah, look no further. We had a group of 10 girls for our trip and this property was perfect. The home is laid out so that almost everyone had their own beds and plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals in the home. We were able to walk to everything downtown and the location is on a quiet corner. The heated pool was amazing, even on a chilly weekend. The management team was quick to respond to our questions and great to work with! All of our guests plan to recommend Southern Belle and Mint Julep for future Savannah trips. Mint Julep was the perfect home to experience the beauty and charm of Savannah. Located on a street that, in itself, is listed as a “must see” when visiting, we were within walking distance to everything downtown. The home is absolutely gorgeous and it was spacious enough to house nine ladies with room to spare. We fell in love with the house the minute we walked in. Everything from the courtyard to the 4th story bedroom and bathroom exuded the charm that only Savannah has. We loved our experience and didn’t want to go home. I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the southern Savannah lifestyle. It will not disappoint.

The home is beautiful and has an amazing charm. Not great if you have mobility issues because you'll have to navigate stairs but otherwise remarkably well done. Kitchens, yes there are two, provided more than enough ability to prepare our meals. Bed were comfortable, living areas provided ample space to stretch out. The pool was heated and deceptively big. The neighborhood, quiet and conveniently located.We'd be happy to return in the future.

This is a huge house with lots of space and beds. The house is beautiful and exquisitely furnished. It is great to have a designated parking space for 2 cars. Lovely area, close to everything. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing as well as the high ceilings. Just a wonderful home and the service from the folks at Southern Belle was exceptional. Thank you for a great visit!

We enjoyed an incredibly relaxed stay at Mint Julep. Our family of 7 were quite comfortable - so many bedrooms - and we spent our days touring the city and recovering by the pool. The location is a perfect launching point for any number of sightseeing adventures and the property was very clean; we'll certainly be back.

Our group enjoyed the Mint Julep Estate to the fullest! The house was the perfect size for our large group of 12. Beautiful touches in the house made it all the more welcoming. The pool and outdoor area was lovely - the pool was actually the perfect size for our group as well. The location of the house was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere (at most a 20 minute walk to the river walk). We would absolutely stay here again!

Mint Julep was the perfect place for our first family reunion since COVID. House is clean and beautifully decorated. Great location, you can walk to many restaurants and stores with Forsyth park located only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed the heated pool and used it everyday. I would definitely stay here again.

When you look at the pictures you think, "Oh, wow! This house is gorgeous.". But seeing it up close and personal, its immaculate! It took myself and the other guests by surprise at how the basement was also its own two bedroom apartment, kitchen, living room, and entry way. All this amenities and spaces for the guests were very accommodating. The great thing about The Mint Julep, its in the walking distance of everything. Don't have second thoughts... Book it! It's an amazing house.

My self and 7 girl friends visited Savannah for a 50th bday get away. We stayed at Mint Julep and were blown away at how unbelievably beautiful the home is!! Every room is uniquely and elegantly decorated. The beds were all so incredibly comfortable. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do/see! Check in and out was so easy. The Property in Savannah was more than accommodating for the 9 women that stayed. There was plenty of room to relax and we never felt crowded. The decor of the house was true southern style and just breath taking. We enjoyed our long weekend together.

We had a wonderful stay at Mint Julep during our recent trip to Savannah. We enjoyed the bedrooms (and comfortable beds) and the various sitting areas, including outside near the dip pool. The property was in a great location - on a beautiful historic road, with a coffee shop a few blocks away and the downtown area just a short walk away. All of the essential amenities were provided, including good air conditioning, an ice machine and water dispenser, a coffee machine, wine bottle opener, plenty of towels and pillows, umbrellas in case it rained, small toiletries in the bathrooms, and more. Southern Belle Vacation Rentals was easy to work with and provided ample information for our stay. We would certainly book again!
