Southern Belle Pool

In addition to the on-site pool at the DeSoto, our guests have access to Southern Belle's heated pool that is located on Tybee Island at 19 Silver Ave. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

Ocean Pearl is not a pet friendly property. If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. Please contact the Southern Belle office for more details.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Your property was perfect for our group who are all elderly. The safety and especially the private elevator was crucial as some have mobility issues The condo was very spacious with a great layout. Very clean and updated. We would live to stay there again.

Very nice room, very clean, full size washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and kitchen supplies and appliances appear to be brand new. The layout of the condo worked great for us with grandkids on the opposite end and the primary suite was at the other end, so it was private and quiet. The elevator is great, opening in the suite so you don’t have to climb steps. Parking in the garage is very nice and each parking spot has a storage container for beach items so you don’t have to carry those items up to your room, just pick them up on the way to the beach. Bathrooms were very clean and nice with a jacuzzi in the master. The deck was nice with sufficient furniture. There was a light out when I got there but one text to Southern Belle and it was fixed!! I will be using Southern Belle again and hope to stay in the same condo!!!

The property was in a great location with fantastic view of the ocean & beach. Loved having the garage & a plus having elevator opening up to our unit. Beds were comfortable with nice lines & was property was clean. The grounds were well maintained. Great trip with enjoyable weather & love Tybee Island !!

We had originally booked another condo, unfortunately the elevator was out of order. We were notified and they quickly found us another condo that turned out to be even better than the one we had originally booked. The team answered all our questions and even walked us through getting to the condo as we had difficulty finding the address. This condo is part of a Hotel and we didn’t know this. The condo was very clean and looked like the pictures. Excellent beach view. Southern Belle even had someone come in to help get us connected to WIFI. We will definitely use Southern Belle and book this condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pearl for our girls weekend trip. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Beds are comfy too. Great ocean view of the balcony. Bonus was the elevator opening directly into the unit. Will stay with Southern Belle for sure again!

Ocean Pearl and Southern Belle was absolutely FANTASTIC!! The condo was perfect in every way, and so peaceful, relaxing and comfy. It was SO CLEAN, every space was sparkling! We were on a girlfriends get away and enjoyed waking up and taking walks on the beach, and just sitting on the deck taking in the view. Southern Belle was incredible to work with, even answering text's at our nearly 1 am arrival of where to find elevator fobs and lockboxes. This was by far the best experience I've ever had renting a condo. One of the reservation agents even gave us tips about NOT Ubering, which was a great decision! I can't wait to come back with my husband and children! We will for sure use Southern Belle for any future trips to the area!

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed looking out at the ocean, watching the ships coming in and going out. We explored the wonderful history of Tybee as well as Savannah. Would definitely stay here again!!
