Parker's Collection Unit 4 is one of our two-bedroom Savannah vacation homes. This makes it ideal for mid-sized families or smaller groups of friends. The apartment has two bedrooms off of the hall that each sleep two guests. In one bedroom, a king-sized bed sits in a room with a flatscreen television and bench. The other contains a queen-sized bed with a flatscreen television and armchair. Both spaces get plenty of natural light from the tall windows and feature spacious storage furniture.

Across the hallway is the shared restroom. This large space has an extra-wide vanity with double sinks and mirrors. Behind a glass door is a walk-in shower. In addition to these amenities, there is also a pull-out bed in the living room sofa. This extra bed sleeps two extra people, so Parker's Collection Unit 4 can comfortably fit six guests.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect! It was basically central to everything we wanted to see, do and eat! And you can't beat having the convenience of the 24 hour gas station/store below. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended this location (and Southern Belle) to many friends.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We lost water and power for a short period of time but the rental manager replied immediately with updates. Our daughter recently relocated to Savannah for graduate school after spending her childhood/high school there. We will definitely rent one of these units again when we visit.

This was my third time visiting Savannah because my daughter is a college student at SCAD. This stay was by far my favorite. The location is in an absolutely charming neighborhood. We walked to everything and loved all the eclectic finds we would stumble upon. The unit itself was incredibly comfortable. The beds were great, and quiet, and I could relax in the unit. Highly recommend, and I'd definitely stay there again.
